The house was nice and very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. They checked on us mid way through our stay to make sure we didn’t need any thing.
Great stay, definitely for multiple families. Lots of rooms. Very pristine and clean. And the outdoor pool area was a hit for all of the kids. Would highly recommend to anyone. Check in and check out was seamless. Thanks for everything!
Plenty of room with lots of beds and was very clean. We loved the downstairs area with a very large TV, island, grill, pool table and ping-pong. It was cold during our stay so we did not get in the pool, but it was very nice looking and would’ve definitely got in if the weather warmer. We really enjoyed our stay.
This location was the best purchase! We had the best time in town and then relaxed and enjoyed the house for the end of our trip. We will definitely be back next year!
We met our family at the house, coming from the Midwest. We really wanted a space to spend quality time together and have low maintenance fun. The property was perfect in all aspects! Planning to return!

Thank you so much, Whitney & Denise! We're thrilled to hear the home was the perfect space for your family getaway. It means a lot that you chose our property to create special memories together. We’d absolutely love to welcome you back anytime, looking forward to your return! 💛
Pros: great house for a large group with lots of comfortable beds, well appointed, nice outdoor area with lovely pool and fire pit underneath oak trees, nice kitchen and laundry facilities. Cons: backyard around lovely amenities had not been tended to, grass was high and poison Ivy growing along fence next to outdoor shower. Broken lamp in small bedroom left that person with no light. Floor in downstairs bedroom is rotting in places. No mat in upstairs shower which made some guests very nervous. Reported a problem with the hot tub in the am, and follow up from mgt was not until evening. We were unable to enjoy it. Overall, a great house which needs some attention from the mgt company

This vacation property is the perfect escape, even though it's close to home! The house is well-equipped with great amenities, making it a comfortable and relaxing retreat. While there were a few minor repairs needed around the property, they didn’t detract from the overall experience. It truly felt like a getaway, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating stay. Would happily return!

BAY ST. LOUIS HOME
This was our 2nd year in a row to stay at this place. Great amenities, close to downtown area & beach. Heated pool & hot tub was great, except for all the acorns in the bottom of the pool & under BBQ/game area. Would be better if there was a downstairs bathroom/sink area, so the kid’s & adults didn’t have to go upstairs for the restroom. Making plans for next year.

The house has a lot of potential but needs a LOT of TLC. The sliding glass door would not lock and it was not installed correctly so we couldn’t wedge anything in the threshold to keep it from opening. We had a 2 and 4 year old and the slider faced very steep stairs that led to the pool so it made us very uncomfortable. The dining chairs are extremely heavy and was on a rug that did not have grip so it would bunch every time a chair was slid in or out. Almost everyone of us slipped on the rug including my 70 year old MIL. The listing states it can support 25 people…was barely enough linens for 7 adults and 3 under 3. No beach/pool towels even though the house has a pool (we washed bath towels twice during our 4 day stay) and the pots, pans, utensils have seen better days. It was not very clean, the kitchen rug was nasty dirty. The grill was disgusting so not able to cook on it. Floor in the master felt like it was about to fall through. Toilet paper and paper towels were subpar…my 3 year old granddaughter couldn’t even adhere to the 3 square rule. There were a total of 6 hangers that we could find in the entire house that says it can sleep 25. Good location but this property needs some serious attention. It is not reflective of the description in the listing.
