This house was in a wonderful location, clean, and with plenty of space for our family to spread out. We enjoyed the proximity to the market and many nearby restaurants and attractions. It was easy to call an Uber when needed to get to downtown or other areas around town. The only challenge we had with the property was there was a number of places with water damage / dampness on the ceilings which seemed to trigger some of our allergies while there, so you may want to consider this if you have any sensitivities. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay overall.

Great communication with the host and helpful staff! Space was clean and the bedrooms were all very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Location was great!

We had a wonderful stay in Coyoacán! The house was exactly as expected—comfortable, clean, and well-located. It’s just a short walk to the Mercado and great local restaurants. The host was always responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location of Coyoacán. We appreciated that there was a crib available and that cleaning services were available halfway through our trip. We plan to stay here again.

7 friends who enjoyed Coyoacán very much! This property is in a great location, with comfy rooms, pleasant spaces and a water purification system so we didn't have to haul jugs of drinking water. So helpful! The kitchen was well equipped, although we recommend a casserole for baking.

We were nervous at first, because communication was not great when we first booked. But as we got closer to our stay, communication became very good. The hosts were very accommodating, very communicative, and the home was excellent! The bedrooms are really big and nice! Every room has its own bathroom and it’s decorated very tastefully. The kitchen and the dining room/living room area are very small, but I think most people won’t spend a lot of time in those rooms being in the heart of Coyoacan. We felt very safe and were able to walk everywhere with ease. Our large family would definitely stay here again!

Christmas in Mexico

We had the most unforgettable Christmas holiday at this stunning home in Mexico! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and charm of the property. It was everything we hoped for and more—a perfect tropical escape for the entire family.The house was spacious, well-designed, and beautifully decorated, providing plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The open layout and abundant natural light created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare holiday meals, and the dining areas (both inside and outside) were perfect for family gatherings.Spending Christmas in this incredible home was a dream come true. It gave us the opportunity to create cherished memories in a truly spectacular setting. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a magical and luxurious getaway.

Pros: This was a well located, clean, and comfortable house. We appreciated the number of bedrooms and bathrooms for a larger group to spread out and have space. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful and it was nice to be within walking distance of so many great things. Check in was easy. The patio was also very nice for kids to be "outside" at home.Cons: Communication with the hosting team was inconsistent and sometimes slow. We knew the house wouldn't have AC but did specifically confirm in advance that each room would have a floor fan to sleep comfortably. When we arrived, one of the fans was broken. We offered to order a replacement or receive one from the hosting team (they are not too expensive and Walmart offered same day deliveries). We had to follow up on this several times to get an answer and in the end, the hosting team said the owner did not want to pay for a new fan. That seemed very cheap and was disappointing, especially since they had confirmed in advance that each room would have a floor fan.The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable but the shared living area is not very cozy (wooden chairs, table, and small love sized ikea sofa). This works fine if you are planning to be out of the house. The hosting team could only provide 1 set of keys. They recommended leaving the 1 set in a masterlock box outside the front door and ensured us that the code is changed every visit for security. Our code was 0620 and I do hope future guests have different codes.
