6 Block to oceanfront and in the center of the vibe district!

3-bedroom beach cottage with a back deck and outside shower. Bikes are available to go to beach or choose from several restaurants within walking distance. We also have a full kitchen to cook in and a dining room to sit 6 people comfortably. Beach chairs and umbrellas in back shed for your use along with beach towels in trunk by the couch. You will also find beach towels in the living room table; it opens like a trunk!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, cozy, and very welcoming. The location was convenient, with easy parking and close access to the beach. The home had all the amenities we needed, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully provided. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

This house was perfect for our stay. Close to shops and food. 10 minute walk to the beach. My kids loved the outdoor shower. Looking forward to staying again. Penny was an excellent host and very responsive with questions.

Great location! The house is situated in that “sweet spot,” close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk but also far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. If you need a break from eating out, the kitchen has practically everything you need to make a home cooked meal. If you need to chill before regrouping, each room has its own TV, but then there are also plenty of nooks to read a book. The house is located in the ViBe Creative District, which has a lot to offer in terms of food but also events with vendors and music. Definitely, check out the WRV surf shop. My favorite place within a few blocks from the house was the Atlantic Surf Park.

What a fantastic find! We loved this house. Inside was updated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for the 3 days. Easy walk to the convention center and great parking! We will definitely be staying here again. Host was very responsive and accommodating when we messaged.

We were visiting for a sports tournament at the convention center and this house was in the perfect location! So close to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants right around the corner, a weekend farmers market a block away and you could walk to the convention center! The house was clean, with a beautifully upgraded kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, cookware etc I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay in the future!

This rental was perfect for us in Virginia Beach! The host was extremely responsive to us and promptly dropped off a hair dryer when we discovered it was missing. The area is super cute and well kept with lots of shops just behind it. The walk to the ocean was short and wonderful. Only thing of note- the online listing states 2 queens, but one bed is a full. If we are ever in the area again we will rent this place!

I would give it 6 stars if could. The cottage was just the right size for our party of 4.It was spotless. The bath room and kitchen were brand new. The kitchen had all the tools to seriously cook meals. There was a screened in porch the front. A cute enclosed reading room off the kitchen and a private patio in the back.The location felt like it was in the heart of the town. Cool things to see with just short walk. The beach was close enough to "hike" to for the younger generation. Grandmas and Grandpa would appreciate a lift. We really liked the fact that the cottage was in a quiet part of town. When relaxing between adventures, it is nice to do it at "Home".The host obviously know how to set up a vacation home. She thought of everything.She is a person who cares about her clients. Easy to get hold of and most helpful.
