Situated in West Dennis close to South Village Beach, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit is a great spot for your summer vacation! Its 3 bedrooms feature a queen sized bed in one, and two other bedrooms - each with two twin sized beds. It also offers a full sized bath with tub/shower combination. Rent its adjoining unit - property #1813 - and bring the extended family along for some summer fun! Offering one level living, it also features an open layout with living area complete with a flat screen TV, dining table and kitchen. Spend evenings on the great front deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill for summer barbecues! The outdoor shower is perfect for a quick rinse after a long day on the beach! Available for 3 night rentals off season with an added cleaning fee. Avoid the cleaning fee by booking 7+ consecutive nights. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Decent last minute booking

Listed as with dishwasher but none. No clear directions on laundry which ended up being on locked basement outside. No understanding of what flag was for or where private beach was however very near walkable public beach was great. Very clean. Overall enjoyed stay and location for price. Would stay again for off season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time we had rented a vacation property on Cape Cod and could not have been happier. The location was perfect we could walk to the small public beach and the unit was immaculate and perfect for our family's needs. We were close to other activities that we wanted to do during our stay food, mini golf, shopping, ice cream beaches touring etc. This property would be perfect for two small families to rent side by side since it is a duplex. We would recommend this property to others and would love to be able to rent here again, possibly with another family!!
