Great little house!

Not modernized, but that’s part of the Cape Cod charm. There were window AC’s in each room so it was plenty cool. Beds were comfortable, shower had decent pressure and the place was clean.

The house was quaint and comfortable. The dead end road and yard were perfect for my children to safely play outside. We loved the convenient walk to the beach, the park, the walking trail, and Sundae School. We highly recommend this house.
