Charming totally renovated three bedroom cottage located in a great neighborhood within 5 minute walk to a beautiful ocean beach. This cozy retreat offers all the comforts of home. *You will need to provide linens and towels.* Linens can be provided for a $25/bed linen fee, but must be requested before your stay.
ONE DOG ONLY allowed under 40 lbs. $50 -wknds $100-3 nights or more.
Renovated with the true feel of a Cape cottage. **There is parking for two cars only**. A 2 minute walk to Seaview Park that has a playground , tennis courts and walking trails. Walk to restaurants and the famous Sundae School shop for their homemade ice cream. The quaint little town of Dennisport is only minutes away with art studio, antiques, cafes and an organic food store. Come enjoy all the Cape has to offer.

My husband and I spent 2 nights in this quiet, lovely cottage, close to everything. Host very communicative and checked in to see if we had everything we needed. Loved having the Keurig and coffee for the first cup of the day! Definitely recommend a stay at this cozy gem!

A Perfect little beach house

The newly remodeled house was light and open, while still feeling quaint and cozy. The location is perfect and in close proximity to many cape amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, rooms were good size, and the neighborhood was quiet. It is a great home for a small family. The propane fireplace is a great feature.

Perfect Cottage Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was the perfect place to relax! Fireplace was so cozy to come home to after a cold day of exploring the National Seashore. Ate dinner at O'Sheas per the host recommendation. It was so much fun with a live Irish Band. Food was amazing. I had local scallops and hubby had Bangers and Mash. Would definitely stay again. Great cottage with a great location

I highly recommend this property. My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids and it was the perfect cottage for our family of 5. The beach is walking distance as well as a cute little park for the kids. One of the best ever

I’ve stayed at quite a few different places at the Cape, and this house might be my all time favorite. The location is perfect. It’s on a very quiet street but centrally located … a great and safe area for walking. The house itself had everything we could have possibly needed. It was extremely clean and comfortable. And Suzanne was a great host and wonderful with communication. If you’re looking for a great place to stay on the Cape, look no further… this is it!

Cozy long weekend

Did a long weekend with the family. The cottage is so clean! Everything is spotless!! My favorite part of the house is the electric fireplace. Made cold evenings cozy and warm inside the cottage. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. My 5 and 3 year old had no problem walking to the beach. There's also a nice little park that’s walking distance. It was the perfect stay.
