Drop off at front and let driver in from garage. 2. The subdivision and the fire official DO NOT allow parking at the front. We could get fined because there is a fire hydrant located in that area. Per the fire code it is ILLEGAL to park in front of a fire hydrant within 15’ in either direction. I don’t know why that is an issue. 3. Cleanliness is very important to us and we do not allow shoes inside that could drag mud or other items from the outside in the home. That might be okay in your home but not ours. 4. Deadbolt locks are for safety. We accommodated the guest in getting back in in the middle of the night. 5. The bed is a queen mattress in one room and a full in the other. Vrbo lacks an option in setting to select full bed. But there is a queen mattress. 6. The first aid kit is in the downstairs powder room on the vanity. 7. There is no hot tub on the property. It is not listed nor is it in any of the photos. 8. Fireplace does not have a remote. It is gas with a key. It is spring, why is a fireplace needed? This rating significantly impacts us because the guest does not want to follow house rules or fire code for their own convenience. It is not reflective of the service nor the quality of space we provide.
