Located in the heart Casa de Campo five minutes from the Marina and the beach, this modern Italian designed villa has soaring ceilings and tons of light. Exposed to the cooling NW prevailing breezes and sheltered from the afternoon heat, El Batey 10 is one of Casa’s most sought after villas. The property has beautiful views across the golf courses to the sea.

There are 6 bedrooms including 3 king bedded rooms, 2 twin bedded rooms and a 4 double bedded bunk room all with private bathrooms. An infinite pool with built in hot tub is sheltered by a palm garden to ensure privacy. The 6.5 bathrooms, complete with showers and hair dryers, ensure everyone's comfort. Equipped with super WiFi, AC, bedroom ceiling fans, satellite TV’s, washing and drying machines.

The villa has a tv/sound studio, multiple seating areas, al fresco and interior dining spaces, a luxurious hammock and a large supply of children’s toys including a a trampoline.

The house is managed by a superb, full time bilingual team including a manager, butler, gourmet chef, cleaning lady and gardener.
