Fully furnished open plan living area with high ceilings, natural solid wood fittings throughout, large sofas and 32” flat screen tv equipped with satellite channels.
A large western style kitchen with breakfast bar, cooking facilities and appliances are included for your convenience.

The tropical gardens are stocked with over 100 trees and have a large 12m x 4m saltwater swimming pool and pool deck nestled at the centre.
Approx. 200m to the beautiful bang por beach which outlooks the islands of koh phangan and the national marine park. Spectacular sunsets can be seen from this quiet picturesque beach where you will also find some of samui’s finest authentic thai seafood restaurants. The santiburi golf course and nathon town with more restaurants, shops and a local market are each only a 10 minute drive from the resort. Samui airport and the busy nightlife of chaweng are less than 30 minutes away.

Schöne Anlage in Strandnähe

Wunderschönes Haus in Strandnähe, wobei dieser durch Ebbe erst ab 14/15 Uhr zu nutzen war. Pool und Garten sehr schön und sauber, Küchenutensilien (Plastikschalen) dagegen weniger. Leider ist das Haus durch unmittelbarer Lage zur Ringstraße sehr laut gelegen, was vorallem nachts im nach vorne gelegenen Schlafzimmer stört.

Das freistehende Haus mit 4 einzelnen Wohnungen ist super eingerichtet und durch die 2 separaten Schlafzimmer incl. Bäder sehr gut für 4 Personen und/oder zwei befreundete Paare geeignet. Die Anlage besticht durch den tropischen Garten und den großen und sehr gepflegten Pool. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Der Service angefangen vom Transfer vom Flughafen über Check In bis zur Reinigung und Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher hat super funktioniert. Sehr zu empfehlen.
