Had a lovely stay with family at this charming place. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach or town. The house was comfortable and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed morning coffee and lunch on the patio.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home. Proximity to beach and town were perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We biked to ferry for a day on Nantucket and walked downtown Hyannis nearly every evening. Very clean and comfortable home, we enjoyed the cozy patio as well. Will definitely consider another visit!

A perfect July 4th stay

My wife and I brought our daughter and grandkids to enjoy Cape Cod. The house and location were perfect! The central location provided a great base from which to explore all that the Cape has to offer. The beach was just a 10 minute walk and Main Street shopping area was only about a 18 minute walk from the front door. We are looking forward to booking again for next year.

We loved this beautiful home. It was spotless and quiet and had everything we needed. Caroline and her property manager were responsive and available when we needed answers. The location is central to everything. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very nice beach house

We had a very nice stay at this cute little beach house in Hyannis. The neighborhood was very calm and neighbours were very welcoming. It was a 10 minutes walk from a very cute little beach. The house was very confortable and well equipped. The no contact arrival went very smoothly.
