We do not rent to medium and large parties.

Lugar Lindo e muito agradável

A casa é muito aconchegante, com uma vista linda da represa. A piscina conquistou as crianças. Por ser perto do final da rua, a região é bem tranquila e não se houve barulho. O Erasmo é super gente fina, muito atencioso, nos recebeu com mimos e foi super prestativo durante toda a estadia.

Linda vista e ótima piscina (aquecimento solar)

Bom espaço, muitas camas (colchões novos e outros nem tanto), piscina grande e morninha, linda vista com muitos pássaros. Só fiquei um pouco incomodada com a baixa iluminação dos cômodos e gostaria de um pouco mais de capricho na limpeza dos detalhes (teias de aranha, por exemplo), mas num geral, o imóvel estava limpinho. Todos da família gostaram e pensam em voltar

Pedacinho do paraíso

Achei tudo ótimo, o Erasmo é super atencioso. A casa é bem conservada, a paisagem é espetacular, ótimo lugar para curtir com a família e amigos. Só deixo uma obs: algumas pessoas não conseguiram usar o wifi (no meu caso a operadora claro pegava mto bem, entao não usei). De restou tudo perfeito! Voltaremos em breve

O imóvel é muito bom. Tem uma estrutura boa, como piscina, churrasqueira e área de lazer.

Um ponto que deixou a desejar foram os chuveiros, que caem pouca água e um deles fica no banheiro de fora. O proprietário é muito atencioso, assim como sua esposa. Eles me indicaram uma pessoa para cozinhar /limpar. Eu e meus amigos gostamos da estada. O custo beneficio é excelente.

Passamos a virada de ano neste lugar maravilhoso, não tive nenhum problema. O Erasmo é bastante atencioso e prestativo, nos orientou sobre tudo o que precisávamos. Sobre a chácara ela é exatamente como relata as fotos, um lugar tranquilo para relaxar em família, e a casa oferece todo o aconchego necessário. As crianças se acabaram na piscina e parquinho. Tem mercados e padarias perto, na qual sempre comprávamos pão fresquinho. Enfim só tenho motivos para agradecer e todos saíram muito satisfeito. Obrigada Erasmo.

Venho avaliar a chácara é o proprietário (Erasmo), com todo prazer, um ambiente muito familiar muito bem organizado, com uma vista maravilhosa, passamo 4 dias maravilhosos na chácara, não tenho do que reclamar, fomos muito bem recebidos, tivemos toda atenção necessária, a piscina sempre limpa, um lugar perfeito para passar alguns dias com a família e amigos, agradeço novamente a o Erasmo que nos acolheu muito bem, a garanto que voltarei em breve............que tiver a oportunidade de desfrutar desse lindo ambiente não perca tempo...... já indiquei para alguns amigo.
