Full house, very comfortable and richly decorated, with total of 3 suites, 4 dorms, 7 bathrooms, comfortable accommodation for 26 people in BOX beds, Dining room, 2 living rooms, fireplace, karaoke and dvd, snooker, ping-pong , internal kitchen, barbecue area, full country kitchen (stove, oven, oven pizza grill), 2 refrigerators + freezer 400lts, barbecue area equipped. Large and richly furnished balcony.
Extra area at the edge of the pool with pool table, ping pong, refrigerator, plus a barbecue, table for 10 people, external bedroom for 3 people and two attached bathrooms. Large parking area for cars. Space for 'bonfire' and space for fishing.
Swimming pool with furniture, waterfall and slide.
Ramp with access Dam and jetty (pier) to dam border.

Melhor chácara que já aluguei!
Depois de muita pesquisa, acabei escolhendo esta chácara para comemorar meu aniversário, e foi a melhor escolha que fiz!
A casa é ainda melhor pessoalmente, tudo muito limpo e novo, moderno, área externa maravilhosa, vista incrível, píer flutuante com fácil acesso a represa! Enfim... só tenho elogios sobre este imóvel, passei um final de semana maravilhoso, recomendo a todos que procuram um sítio alto padrão, bem localizado, seguro e com todo conforto possível!
Agradeço também ao sr. Claudinei que foi muito atencioso e permitiu nossa entrada no imóvel antes do horário combinado, e ao casal que nos recebeu na casa, mostrando todos os cômodos e área externa antes de irem embora.
Em breve voltaremos com certeza!

Casa perfeita!
Mesmo no inverno conseguimos aproveitar ao máximo.
Aconchegante, super equipada e com tudo funcionando.
Os quartos são grandes, a sala é confortável, a lareira fez toda diferença e aqueceu a casa toda! As churrasqueiras são muito bem localizadas.
Vista realmente maravilhosa.
Tivemos ótimos momentos, recomendo!
