The cottage was comfortable enough. Well stocked. Nice location and nice private beach. Note: The kitchen vent RATTLES so loud! We had to buy sound machines to be able to sleep! Wind is not in your control but oh-my-god the noise is awful. Could use some info on how the heat works. We could not figure it out other than the a/c. Thank you so much for the washer/dryer. This was our 2nd week on the Cape and that was a real plus!!! Thank you

Family of 4 vacation

This cottage was well stocked and charming. It was clean and we enjoyed the hot outdoor shower and washer and dryer there. The beach is rocky but it is covered with beautiful round multicolored stones. And you can walk for miles if you have water shoes or sneakers. The area offers a ton of things to do for kids. Tubing the river, low tide skim boarding , beach fires, kayaking, biking, etc. We will definitely be back again
