We added a new master suite, laundry room, and 5th bedroom/flex space.Beautiful 2nd floor duplex located 2.5 short blocks from the beach.Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and open street parking.Fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen, wifi, central air conditioning.One well trained dog is permitted to join you on your stay.All rentals are Saturday to Saturday.Just bring your sheets, towels, and beach chairs.Rental includes 8 beach tags.This open concept second floor condo features 4/5 bedrooms and 3 full baths along with a sofa bed in the living room. Also a pack n play travel crib in the closet.There is an outside shower to rinse off after the beach.Sit outside on the spacious front deck for happy hour and enjoy outdoor seating for dinner with a gas bbq grill on the deck.$100 Pet Fee and $250 Cleaning Fee.
