LeVilla 558 is the cutest little up northy feeling condo I have!
You will be pleasantly surprised when you walk in to the beautiful newly renovated kitchen. FULL size refrigerator! This entire condo has been renovated with high end finishes.
450 sqaure foot condo that sleeps 2 comfortably. 3 at max.
Ground level unit with parking out front. No stairs to climb.
Enhanced cleaning protocols followed.

One bedroom with new KING bed. Not too firm, not too soft! 42 inch TV with DVD player and over 200 channels including a DVR.
Kitchen and living room open
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a small meal
Dishes, pots and pans and spices for cooking
Crock pot. If you are looking for something special just ask, I probably have it.
Brand new stainless steel gas grill

Your rental includes a pool pass that gives you access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub (seasonal)
*pool closures are out of our control and we cannot refund for pool closures. This does not happen often*

*WIFI recently updated to allow to work from home easily*

Backyard faces the 18th hole and we are a 3 minute walk to the slopes. Nice seating area out back to watch the golfers or grill on the new gas grill. Bonfire pit.

Included with your stay is a pool pass that allows guests to use the indoor pool and hot tub in Schuss Village and the beautiful outdoor pool that overlooks Lake Bellaire at Summit Village.

We are on the Schuss golf course and there are 5 other popular courses within a few miles.

This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear Dunes makes a great day trip.

***There is a special boat and trailer parking lot. Boats are not allowed in the condo parking lot***

All of my condos are professionally cleaned between guests.

We didn't use the pool. We did walk the back nine of the golf course early and it was enjoyable. The place is super cozy, clean and has everything you may need. The king bed was so comfortable. Will definitely be back. It's close to Bellaire, Boyne Mountain (30min) and traverse City (55 min.) all cool places for day trips!

The decor was great and it was a spotless unit. Close to family and everything we were doing. Condo was fully stocked and comfy. It included some games and a tv in living and bedroom area so when we weren’t out and about we were relaxing or having fun.

We love this part of Michigan! There is something to do in every season. Skiing, golfing, biking, hiking, boating. Fall colors are spectacular. Awesome hiking and biking trails. Some of our condos are ski in Ski out and some are walk to slopes. If there is a particular ammenity you are looking for, I am sure I have it. We also feature some dog friendly condos. All of my condos are professionally cleaned between guests by my awesome housekeeping team! We would love to host you!

Why they chose this property

This condo is tucked away in a quiet part of Schuss village yet steps away to all of the action. When you look out the front window you see woods. In the summer you can bring a boat. We have a large parking lot right out front. This is a great place to stay and take day trips. We are close to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake and many small Northern Michigan towns. Our condo is a fraction of the cost of Traverse City

What makes this property unique

Traveling with other families? We have several units close together. I manage 16 total. I can usually find a spot for everyone. Travel together yet have your own personal space. My condos are kept very clean. Professionally cleaned between each guest stay.
