Three stylish two-bedroom, two-bath bungalows remodeled in 2023 in Phoenix’s prestigious Midtown, central east side, close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. You have the whole triplex to yourself. Biltmore Fashion Park is nearby, only 2.5 miles away.
Porcelain tile floors, Shaker cabinets, and granite counters create a modern ambiance. Located on a corner lot with fenced front and back yards, BBQ, fire pits, Adirondack chairs, and picnic tables invite relaxation. Samsung Smart TVs in living rooms and bedrooms feature a speedy streaming WiFi connection.
Enjoy the sparkling, private, heated swimming pool all to yourself.
The space consists of three separate two-bedroom, two-bath bungalows within a triplex.
Here’s a description of each floor plan:
The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath. The guest bedroom boasts two queen beds and is served by the hall bath just steps away.
Both bathrooms include showers, one-piece toilets, and a vanity sink.
The oversized living room is unique, showcasing a themed mural and decorator design. It boasts two sofas, a club chair, a dining room table with four chairs (plus two more in the closet), and a bistro table with two barstools. In addition to the living room's 55" TV, there is a record player with about 30 albums and a lending library offering a wide selection of books.
The kitchen features new appliances, including a refrigerator, dual-fuel range, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker.
A stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located by the back door, which leads to your private charcoal BBQ and picnic table along the walkway to the pool.
Finally, the fully fenced yard has four Adirondack chairs and a fire pit.
The entire triplex is yours, including the fully fenced yards and charcoal BBQs outside the back doors, serving as the walkway to the sparkling, private heated pool.
We LOVE dogs, and they stay for free. Sorry, we don’t permit cats due to allergies.

My wife and I frequently travel with our two little dogs and Phoenix is our most frequent destination. We bought them because we loved their midcentury charm and location in the center of things - the Biltmore, Arcadia, Downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport are all a short drive away. We enjoy spending time by the pool and the hitting the shopping, restaurants, and mountain hiking trails nearby.
Why they chose this property
Located in Phoenix’s prestigious Midtown/east side near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Biltmore Fashion Park is nearby at just over 2 miles, Sky Harbor Airport and Downtown Phoenix are 4 miles as are Roosevelt Row, Chase Field (Diamondbacks) and Talking Stick Arena (Suns). Old Town Scottsdale (Giants spring training), Fashion Square, Talking Stick Casino and Salt River Fields (Rockies and Diamondbacks spring training) are 8 miles and Tempe (Arizona State University main campus) is but 9 miles away. The on-ramp of the Piestewa Freeway (State Route 51) is under a half mile, putting entire Valley of the Sun within convenient driving distance of the Biltmore Bungalows. The immediate neighborhood consists primarily of midcentury single-family homes, though popular pre-war historic districts are in close proximity.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique due to its combination of old and new. The bungalow was built in 1947 and extensively updated in 2023. You’ll find updated kitchens and baths with modern appliances, speedy WiFi, central air conditioning and heat, and a stacked LG full size washer/dryer in each unit. There are 55” Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom. The heated pool was built in 2023 and the home has a delightful fenced front yards with Adirondack chairs and fire pits. The backyards feature a charcoal BBQ grill right outside the back door - close to the kitchen.
