5 Bedroom/3 Bathroom private home in the best location on Siesta Key! Bright, beachy rental with a location you can't beat. Sleeps 10 people, great for multiple families, multi generational families, couples or friends.

A NEW SWIMMING POOL AND SPA INSTALLED AUGUST 2024. Heated and cooled depending on the season.

Steps away from the beautiful white sands Siesta Key beach! Beach access #8 is across the street. Short walk to the SK Village for shops, restaurants and nightlife! Central location, close to everything!!!

The space

The home consists of two separate apartments. The units are not connected, allowing privacy if your party consists of multiple families, grandparents or couples.

The upper level has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom w/ walk in shower and is accessed by a stairwell at the rear of the property. The upper level has its own deck with table, umbrella and chairs.

The lower level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a walk-in shower), accessed by the front door.

Both units have fully equipped kitchens, open living areas, dining areas and in unit washer and dryer.

The spacious backyard has a pool, spa, patio with two tables, umbrellas, chairs, a grill and comfortable seating areas. Perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful SK weather.

Property is located across Beach Road from public beach access 8. It is about a 5-minute walk on a sandy foot path through beach grasses right to the white sand beach and gulf waters.

The home is located in a residential area with single family homes, multi-family homes and smaller condo complexes. You are steps away from white sands of the Siesta Key Beach! Siesta Key sand is 99% quartz, which means that it is always silky in texture and cool to the touch even during the hottest summer day.

The beaches here are the widest on the island. The water is shallow, clear and calm, perfect for small children, wading and relaxing. It is an area where you will find many locals and families. This area of the beach does not have lifeguards.

Parking is available for four vehicles in the front of the home. Once on island relax - no vehicle is needed!

It is a short 10-minute stroll to the North Siesta Key Village with shops, restaurants, ice cream and night life.

A Siesta Key Breeze Trolley stop is located steps away. The free, open-air trolley is the leisurely way to travel between Siesta Key Village and Turtle Beach. The trolley operates 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm.

Guests will have access to the entire property.

This property is a duplex and consists of a lower 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and an upper 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. The units are not connected. The upper unit is accessed by a wood stairwell at the rear of the property.

We do not provide baby items such as cribs, high chairs, baby gates, bathing tubs or any other items needed for families with little ones. There are several rental companies located near Siesta Key that rent these items. All items are delivered directly to and picked up from your vacation rental.

When vacating the property please make sure you take all of your personal belongings, empty out the refrigerator and return furniture and household items to where they were found.
Please note that all food, refuse and recycling should be discarded to the toters when you check out.
Our cleaning staff is normally at the house by 10am to clean on the day you are leaving. Please lock the doors when you vacate. Please let us know if you are leaving early.

This place is absolutely a gem! We have a group of 8 women that are friends from college and get together every year. It was a great set up for us. So roomy and clean. We had both the main house and the second floor apartment. The pool is great the hot tub fit all of us. The backyard is roomy and the pool is heated. The location is my favorite part. Easy walk to the beach and to town. We loved it!

Fiesta in Siesta

This should be the only place you stay on the island. The location is perfect a short walk to the village, the closest to being on the beach without being on the beach.(the walk is less than 30 seconds from your feet in sand). Amazing beds, plenty of room for larger groups. The back yard is perfect with an in ground heated pool and hot tub. Ryan and Dawn are the best hosts we’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish this is one of if not the best places to rent on the island. You won’t be disappointed with the Plaza House it’s amazing!

The house is in a convenient location and is set up well with everything you need. We did have a problem with the back door that never locked, contacted the host and immediately got a response, however, after the handyman came out and said he couldn’t fix it, we never heard back from the host to tell us what the next step was so had to sleep with the door unlocked and put a cooler up against the door and a chair on top of it so if someone tried to open it we would wake up which didn’t make us feel safe obviously. The house also needs a good cleaning. The oven was very dirty. The bathrooms had mold in parts of the track where the door slides. Also, be careful with the tub in the bathroom, it is super slippery like walking on soap, even with the liner that was in there. The pool is brand new so you have to wear water shoes, it will give you scrapes and remove the skin on your toes as it is very rough. The location was fantastic and we ended up having a great time as a family but I was in charge of the group and had to be hearing the complaints which I wish could have been avoided.
