Pra começar, gostaria de falar sobre os anfitriões que foram maravilhosos, bem receptivos e estavam sempre a nossa disposição! Em relação ao imóvel, eu e minha família fomos bem acomodados e supriu todas as nossas espectativas! É bem localizado, perto das praias, bem amplo e arejado, tem todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos que precisamos, enfim, é um apartamento completo!!!! Amei a nossa estadia!!!!!

O imóvel é amplo e comportou nosso grupo de 10 pessoas confortavelmente. Apesar de bastante antigo, tem uma piscina muito legal. Fica muito próximo ao Crocobeach, fomos a pé, mas a rua não parece segura, poucos imóveis habitados, e à noite é deserto. A Nauila foi uma excelente anfitriã, nos levou ao Shopping Rio Mar, e ainda conseguiu uma forma de bolo que necessitamos de última hora.

Fomos em 12 pessoas, e mesmo passando 2 pessoas do limite estabelecido pela proprietária, ficamos super confortáveis. O apartamento é bem espaçoso, limpo e funcional. Todos os 3 quartos com ar-condicionados novos, 3 banheiros (contando com o de dependência que é super limpo), fazem do apartamento uma ótima opção para grupos. E tudo isso a dois passos da praia... Com certeza voltarei em outras oportunidades.

Estive pela primeira vez em fortaleza e tive a sorte de alugar este apartamento para minha família, muito amplo o apartamento eramos dez pessoas e ficamos muito bem acomodados, o apartamento tem todos utensílios que precisa em uma casa, bem pertinho da praia da para escuta as ondas do mar do apartamento, o condomínio e muito tranquilo e silencioso, a proprietária do apartamento é muito atenciosa, também usufruímos da piscina e churrasqueira do condomínio por sinal um cantinho muito bom. O apartamento é simples e muito top, bem aconchegante e super limpinho. Amei! Super indico.

Pela segunda vez utilizo esse imóvel, já indica que satisfaz as minhas necessidades para acomodar bem minha família. Melhor agora, após colocação do ar condicionado em todos os quartos, uma maravilha. Além do mobiliário disponível e a presteza dos proprietários, em especial a Sra. Nauila, Muito obrigado. Só o que deixa a desejar, é à noite fica muito parado quando não tem show nas barracas, o mais recomento.

Atendimento excelente, foram muito atenciosos, prontos para auxiliar no que precisasse.
