Embora a cidade seja muito perigosa, graças a Deus, correu tudo bem..
O aptº, embora um pouquinho longe da parte habitada(com barracas) da praia do Futuro, é uma delícia, não faltando nada. O proprietário, o zelador do prédio e a síndica são muito atenciosos e prontos para ajudar..
Claro que indicaremos para amigos, pois é um ótimo custo benefício.
Quando voltarmos procuraremos hospedar-nos no mesmo aptº.
Agradecemos ao proprietário pelo carinho e atenção que recebi, junto com a família.

Excelentes momentos!
Ótimo apartamento. Próximo de praias, localizado entre os caminhos para toda cidade, o imóvel apresentou-se limpo e bem cuidado por sinal. Apartamento seguro, no terceiro andar (há elevador para 07 pessoas) e suas acomodações são adequadas exatamente para uma família de 08 pessoas (tudo funcionando). O rapaz da portaria, responsável por toda a manutenção do apartamento, bem como do prédio todo (e que também reporta-se ao dono do apartamento), muito responsável, prestativo e cordial. Particularmente se formos - eu e a família que viajou conosco para Fortaleza - indicar este apartamento, o indicaria para os nossos melhores amigos e familiares. Outrossim, o que se busca após um dia exaustivo de praias e compras é um local aconchegante (O clima é excelente. O vento é constante), tranquilo e seguro. E esta condição encontramos no ap do Franklin.
