3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom 1st floor unit in a great location on Siesta Key! This bright and open floor plan, no stairs, beachy rental is a spot that's hard to beat. Sleeps 6 people, great for families, couples or close friends.

A NEW SWIMMING POOL AND SPA INSTALLED AUGUST 2024.

Steps away from beautiful white sands of Siesta Key beach! Beach access #8 is across the street. Short walk to the Siesta Key Village for shops, restaurants and nightlife! Central location, close to everything!!!

Fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with walk-in shower and a second bathroom with a bathtub. Spacious backyard and patio is shared with the second floor apartment.

Guests will have access to the first floor unit of this property. The parking, backyard, backyard patio furniture, outdoor shower/foot wash and grill are shared by guests in both the upper and lower rental units. The second floor deck is for second floor unit guests only.

Property is located across Beach Road from public beach access #8. It is about a 5-minute walk on a sandy foot path through beach grasses right to the white sand beach and gulf waters.

The home is located in a residential area with single family homes, multi-family homes and smaller condo complexes. You are steps away from white sands of the Siesta Key Beach! Siesta Key sand is 99% quartz, which means that it is always silky in texture and cool to the touch even during the hottest summer day.

The beaches here are the widest on the island. The water is shallow, clear and calm, perfect for small children, wading and relaxing. It is an area where you will find many locals and families. This area of the beach does not have lifeguards.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the front of the home. Once on island, relax - no vehicle is needed! It is a 10-minute stroll to the North Siesta Key Village with shops, restaurants, ice cream and night life.

A Siesta Key Breeze Trolley stop is located steps away at the corner of Plaza des las Palmas and Beach Rd. The free, open-air trolley is the leisurely way to travel between Siesta Key Village and Turtle Beach. The trolley operates 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm.

This property is a duplex and consists of a lower 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and an upper 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. The units are not connected. The upper unit is accessed by a wood stairwell at the rear of the property. The parking area, pool, spa, backyard, backyard patio furniture, outdoor shower/foot shower and grill are shared by guests in both the upper and lower rental units.

We do not provide baby items such as cribs, high chairs, baby gates, bathing tubs or any other items needed for families with little ones. There are several rental companies located near Siesta Key that rent these items. All items are delivered directly to and picked up from your vacation rental.

Our cleaning staff is normally at the house by 10am to clean on the day you are leaving. Please lock the doors when you vacate. Please let us know if you are leaving early.

This house is a gem! Wonderful accommodations in an amazing location with extreme proximity to the beach and town. Everything you need for the beach is provided - chairs, umbrellas, cooler and ice packs. The pool is beautiful and the inside of the house is very comfortable. Great house in Siesta Key Village.

Our family had a great stay in Ryan and Dawn's house in Siesta Key. Wonderful pool and hot tub. The condo is cozy and well equipped. Just a few minute walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants in The Village and literally a few steps from the beach. We've stayed in The Village many times and this is by far the best place we've stayed in. Highly recommended and we will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Siesta Beach! We rented the downstairs unit, and it was perfect. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. It’s fully equipped with beach gear, the beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless.The location is unbeatable, right next to the beach and just a short walk to the Village. The pool area is spectacular and the jacuzzi is beautiful too, though it wasn’t heating during our stay.Still, everything else was flawless, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing location, family friendly

This was super close to the beach and an easy walk to the village. Spectacular location! If you've never been to Siesta Key before, the beaches are AMAZING. The house was cute inside and out, very clean, and fully appointed. It had everything we needed inside and also for the beach. I was a little nervous because there was only one review when we booked, but when we checked in I was relieved to see that it definitely matched the photos and description. The pool was even prettier than the pictures in the listing at the time that we booked (I'm attaching some new ones we took right after the pool cleaner came). The one disappointment was that there were issues with the hot tub, which was malfunctioning more days than it worked and spontaneously drained itself twice. The owner was responsive to our texts about this and did send a repair person, but it was unfortunate. Assuming they are able to get this glitch resolved, we would be happy to stay there again. The week we were there, there were no renters in the upstairs of the duplex, so we had the backyard to ourselves, which was a bonus.

This property was spectacular and we will absolutely be staying here again! Everything was extremely clean when we checked in and as pictured and described online; very well maintained. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels, comfortable beds, everything you need for the kitchen, and pool toys/beach chairs. Can’t say enough great things about the pool. We were there for spring break with our daughters who are seniors in high school so we viewed many pools rented by friends throughout the week. This one was the biggest and had the most spacious layout with lots of sun (but you could find a shady spot in the afternoon based on the way the house is set). The beach access and free trolley stop were just steps from the front door. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!
