Chic boho pet-friendly house with hot tub

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on a large lot in an old Austin neighborhood with easy highway access to I-35, Hwy 290 and 183. Conveniently located about 10 minutes northeast of downtown and close to trendy Austin areas including Mueller which boasts tons of shopping, restaurants, and park space. There are plenty of amenities to entertain or relax, with a large dining table, bar, and a backyard with fire pit and hot tub. Spin records or connect bluetooth to our beautiful refurbished vintage record player. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, and cookware. We have Google Fiber and a workspace with a desk and monitor. There is plenty of driveway and street parking. We are very pet friendly, with a large fenced yard for your pup(s) to run around in and a catio for indoor kitties.

I have really utilized every inch of this home that is my primary residence in Austin to be inviting, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing including lots of vintage/thrifted items. I would love to host you, your friends and/or family and pets.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is quintessential old Austin charm. It has super convenient highway access that makes it very efficient to get to any part of the city. It is not uncommon to talk to neighbors that have lived in the houses on my block since the 70's <3

What makes this property unique

There are so many gorgeous properties in Austin to stay in, but you won't get the kind of unique style and home-like feeling in those properties managed by a company or that no one lives in on the regular. Come stay at Jen's house!
