Entire home located in a very nice neighborhood. Off street parking for two vehicles. Hostess was very pleasant and concerned that we had a nice stay. She even provided bagels and coffee. She was very prompt in her communication with us. Would recommend and would be pleased to stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful, cozy home. The house is conveniently located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood close to RPI, Walmart, and downtown, which was especially helpful as I was in town to drop off my daughter for college move-in and stayed here for 4 nights. Diane is a kind and generous host, and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with coffee, tea, condiments, spices, and all the utensils we needed. The bedrooms have nice soft linen, the showers had huge showerheads with great water pressure! It truly felt like a home away from home.

Comfortable house; host was excellent, great communication. The neighborhood was great; quiet and good walking. Host had everythingg you needed from spices to cookware. Great outdoor deck and backyard. Will stay again!

Charmer in Troy

Very pleasant house in a nice neighborhood near Freaer Park. Conveniently located just off of Hoosick. Easy access to the colleges and the major roadways. The owner is very helpful and accommodating.

Great location for visit to RPI

We enjoyed this house a short distance from RPI. Definitely walkable, although we ended up driving. Kitchen had lots of small appliances and everything needed for cooking. Host was extremely easy to communicate with. Bedroom are upstairs, family areas downstairs. We will be back!

A darn good deal

A bargain deal, amazing house, amazing everything. I was a customer at the "other house reserving website" and this is my first vrbo. I most likely would come back to this place. So close to the grocery stores. So close to many attractions. It's very well situated. House is huge, bigger than I expected. Very comfortable, feels like home to me. Host left out some food and water for us, really nice. One of my top 3 house rental experiences of the past decade.
