The space

The great room offers an open layout with a spacious sofa—ideal for gathering with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large dining area indoors, plus an outdoor dining space perfect for al fresco meals.

Spa & Pool Heating Policy

• Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:

- $150/day to heat up to 88°F
- Pool maintenance is every Monday and Thursday.

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.
