We welcome you and your loved ones to the 7J Ranch. The 7J Ranch is a 4000 square foot, two story home situated on 1.6 acres of enclosed property. It is nestled in the foothills of Mingus Mountain, and our 60-ft deck overlooks Sedona’s Red Rocks. You can watch as they change in the sunlight through the day, from a dusky red in the morning to almost purple at sundown.

Our home has the space to comfortably sleep 12 adults. Our home features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a billiards room.

Parties larger than 12 adults should inquire about our “Bunkhouse” which provides 4 additional single beds and 2 Adult queens, plus 600 sqft of space at with a refrigerator and microwave at a fixed cost.

Our fully-equipped kitchen and grill can handle the most bountiful spreads, and we have indoor and outdoor dining areas. There is ample seating for all to lounge and re-energize. All will enjoy the beautiful Arizona night sky in the private spa and pool—especially after lighting a fire in our outdoor kive fireplace.

Complimentary spa heat every day from 6pm-10pm.

Rooms were great. The living room size accomodated our group of 20. Beds were comfortable except futon wasn't great. We did bring a couple blowups to accomodate our sleeping needs as the beds were for 2 sleepers except for twin bunks. Well stocked kitchen and bath/pool towels. The manager was very responsive to our request for increased heat fir jacuzzi and other needs. Balcony had a beautiful view and provided increased space for gathering. Wonderful place to stay.

This place had great views from the balcony - the whole group enjoyed spending time out there in the mornings and evenings! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out and relax. There were games available but unfortunately they were all in poor condition and missing pieces. Overall the location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The property worked out perfectly for our family. Plenty of space and location was convenient. Sunrise was awesome to see everyday with hot air balloons launching from the valley. Pool was surprisingly cold even with the hot days so maybe consider adding heat but this didn’t keep us out of it. Hot tub in the evening was great. Thanks Joe for sharing your property with us!

Cottonwood Girls’ Weekend

Great spacious place for the 6 of us to get together , talk, eat and play games but then 6 separate bedrooms for our own personal space! Views are gorgeous!
