Kapila Gardens Family Retreat with heated pool

Kapila Gardens is an incredible one acre garden wildlife & bird sanctuary with over100 trees and local plants and cactus species, multiple gazebo sitting areas and heated swimming pool. which is perfect for small retreat programs and family reunions with its 3 bedroom main house plus 2 bedroom apartment included in the base price that can accommodate up to 10 people.
There are also 4 tiny house casitas and newly renovated garage space 20 x 20 ft which can be used as extra bedroom with a queen bed couch table, reading chair electric fireplace ceiling fan aircon unit mini fridge etc which can each be rented for an extra $50 per day for each casita Garage den-75.00 per day all of which can accommodate a maximum total of 16 people.

We do not rent any of these additional spaces out to anyone else during your stay and do not enter any of the other casitas outdoor buildings unless you have made arrangements to rent them. Please do not enter the garage den or the glamping tent and any of the other casitas outdoor buildings unless you have made pre-arrangements to rent them and let us know if you need anything. Please also note that my property manager lives in the trailer next to the house and parks her car in the parking space next to the tall green Garden fence and do not park there or block her car in.
There is outside noise and pool curfew of 10pm and we have weekly pool and garden maintenance usually on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
We now allow small well trained pets on a case by case basis for an extra 50.00 per day.
Be sure to let us know if you need anything or if you would like the pool to be heated during your stay for an extra charge for an extra $25.00- $50.00 per day depending on what time of year it is.
