Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Firepit or Grill, if used, must be cleaned and turned off before departure.
Return all pool floats and cushions to the storage shed or bin where you found them. Check your messages the day prior to check-out for our simple instructions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rental Agreement - We ask all booking guests to sign a Rental Agreement and upload a copy of photo ID to complete and guarantee a reservation.
Security Deposit - There is a security deposit that is collected 1 day prior to arrival of $350, and released 3 days after departure.
Dogs - $115 Dog Fee per dog per stay, up to a maximum of 2. Subject to owner approval.

My family stayed here for a week. We had 5 adults, 5 children and a dog. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bunk bed room was perfect for our kids to cut loose in. The pool was awesome after a long, sandy day on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook for and feed our family. The A/C was a trooper and met the demands of folks who are not used to the Florida heat. The beach is a short walk away from the property, but you can drive on the beach, so we typically did that. Grocery stores, shopping and great restaurants were all a short drive away. The only small criticism I have is that the kitchen is rather narrow, and it is the main thoroughfare to the pool area and the separate cottage. It bottle-necked easily and it was always crowded in there. Overall, we had a great time in the house!

Perfect rental

The detached guest house was the perfect fit for us! Place was great in every aspect but that was something that we loved the most

The pictures show a much bigger place. The pool toys were all blown out/torn and unusable There were black flies/drain flies ALL OVER inside the house-the walls, shower, ceiling, tv. Pool was dirty which is expected since it’s not covered but bottom was pretty dirty

Great stay and close to everything!

We were so happy with our stay at this location and would highly recommend to anyone that wants be close to the beach and be able to walk to close by restaurants and grocery store. The house had everything we needed and enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Karin was a great host and made communicating and our stay easy. Great time, highly recommend!

Well Maintained and Comfortable

My family and I had a wonderful small reunion at the beach house. There was more than enough space and the double-double bunk beds were a very nice touch.

Spacious, Comfortable Home for a Large Family Gathering

This home was a great fit for our multi-generational family vacation. The layout gave everyone enough room to spread out, and the common areas were ideal for meals, games, and downtime together. Palm Paradise Daytona Beach Shores

The property is as advertised, communication with the host was excellent. There were a few small issues with bathroom door and shower in in-law suite, these were reported to the host. We all agreed that the beds were super comfy! I would book again.

This place is a MUST BOOK NOW

Everything was great! House is perfect. The pool is perfect. The location is perfect with a less than 5 minute walk to the beach or grocery! My niece who is a realtor there said “what a great little place”! House has everything you would need and want. We will definitely be back!!

Relaxing peaceful vacation.

I’ve booked with VRBO many times the communication from Karin was superb. The home is beautiful clean spacious enough for a group. The neighbors are very welcoming of out of towners especially a week after a hurricane. The backyard pool area is gorgeous it’s very private to relax and enjoy the sun we also travel with a small dog and never had to worry about him getting out. We will definitely book with Karin again thank you for a great time .

Great for College Spring Break!

My friends and I traveled down to Daytona for our college spring break and this property treated us well! Super nice that beach chairs were provided and plenty of other things that you might not have room to pack. Great area - super short walk to the beach. The one right there is pretty chill, but a quick Uber 15 minutes up the road to the main pier will get you where you want to be with all the other college spring breakers. Also, the house is a super quick 15 minute Uber to the main spring break bars (razzles, 509, coyote ugly, ocean deck, etc.) so you won't break the bank there. The house itself was exactly as pictured - it was a bit tight for 13 guys, but we knew that going into it. Only small complaint is that the dishwasher didn't really work with the dish pods provided - but we bought our own dish detergent and it ran just fine!
