Too Minimal to for Comfort
Location was great but the cottage was so minimal it was uncomfortable. Nothing said “cozy” about this cottage. The bedding and linens were minimal (bedsheet too small, 1 thin blanket, no extra pillows, ultra thin towels, no dish cloths). The bathroom was very tiny and unappealing. The double bed was very hard and had a lot of dirt and spiders beside and under. No room for any comfortable chair or couch for relaxing. The kitchen area, with the stove jutting almost in front of the sink, was so tiny it was difficult to do any cooking. Coffee maker was a 2-cup unit. Dish soap was so watered down we had to use 1/4 of the bottle just to get suds. Overall, we were very glad to leave.
