This home offers Keyless entry! There is no need to check in at any office.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi available (100Mbps, We mean high-speed)
This beautiful home has 2 Large Master bedrooms equipped with Queen size beds, and 2 bedrooms offering a combination of twin beds. Each Master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a Bathtub! And a full separate bathroom for the other two rooms. Additionally, there is a downstairs half bathroom available.
Equipped with a Large TV the spacious living room is great for when you come back after a long day.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Washer and Dryer is also available at no additional cost. Enjoy the beautiful Floridian weather in the private patio outside and take in some fresh air.

We understand how important your kids are, and because of that we are happy to provide Baby high chairs and cribs at your request at no additional cost

The community has a beautiful heated pool for you to enjoy from dawn to dusk, A beautiful park with a Grill and a play-ground. As well as a gated entrance and exit for your safety.

A nice space but some inaccuracies

We enjoyed our stay, but there were some concerns. The overall cleanliness of the property was so-so. Some bathrooms were not cleaned fully, the towels had stains on them, and on the property listing, it stated 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and there was only 1. The carpets in the upstairs need to be replaced as there were many stains on them. Access to the property was easy. The space inside the complex was adequate for our family, however, it would be hard to sleep 10 people comfortably like the listing stated.

Lots of room, close to Disney

From the moment we opened the door, it was clean and airy. The pool was nice and not busy, but a liitle far away from this unit. The stairs going up to the bedrooms were tough after a long day at the park, but the beds were nice. The kitchen and dining room were very comfortable and had all the essentials needed to prepare meals. Loved having multiple bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Plenty of space to spread out. The living room was nice but the furniture was 6 individual pieces that came apart easily. The bath towels left a little to be desired (and we dont blame you for the lack of quality as no one would ever think to take them) so we suggest you bring your own and there were no face cloths. The main gate was a problem as the code did not work for us. Thankfully someone always came in at the same time and would access it for us. Very narrow streets as residents are allowed to park on both sides of the street, with a bigger vehicle it was a little tricky to navigate. It was nice to have the use of a washer and dryer for our laundry on site. All in all we enjoyed our week and were very comfortable. Thank you.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed at this property in February for 1 week. It absolutely met our needs! We had 10 of us and it slept everyone comfortably. Love that it has 2 masters , because my family and sisters family vacationed together. We also were very pleased at how quickly Paul responded to our questions. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect getaway

We were a group of 9 and house was a good size. Close to Disney and just a small drive to universal studios. Paul was very responsive, 2 small issues but fixed right away. Walmart just down the street but busy as heck! Do your shopping in the am! Overall house was perfect, service was excellent, great location and price! Highly recommended.

Here's the truth

Overall the place is nice and I enjoyed our stay, but honestly I would not stay again. We stayed for 4 days. Here are some of the minor things that I did not like. The neighbor has a big dog, so there were many times late at night or early mornings the dog barks very loudly. The remote did not work for the tv downstairs or maybe the batteries were dead. The master bedroom, there is a dip in the bed. My husband and I were scared to move in the bed because we thought it would break. There were not enough towels, but the owner was willing to get some out to us. There are no ceiling fans. Overall, it wasn't bad, the owner responds with the quickness. The home was clean. I personally thought it was nice for a few days but just not interested in staying again.

Property is well laid out and convenient to Universal studios and Disney as well as other parks. Universal was about 25 minutes away with park traffic. Disney springs was 20 minutes. Publix and Walmart are 5 minutes away which made grocery pickup easy. The Disney and Universal products were much cheaper at Walmart so we purchased items there before heading to the parks. We initially had trouble getting into the gated community because the owner didn't share the gate code. I sent a message through VRBO and they responded immediately. Love that! The rooms were very clean and comfortable for a family of 7 (2 adults, 2 teens, 3 kids). Only complaints would be there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, which is surprising for Florida being so hot in July, and the water pressure in the shower is faint. Also, the bath towels are flimsy, but work well enough to do the job - more of a preference issue. There is a pond in the back yard where ducks and other birds hang out and it's apparent they are used to visitors coming by and feeding them. The kids enjoyed seeing them up close. Our family really enjoyed the stay ( location, accomodation) and we expect to return next year. There is a food truck park about 10 minutes away that is operating every night and is amazing if you're into eating different foods. Also go to Tainos bakery in Kissimmee for the best chicken empanada and breakfast sandwich. The baked goods are delicious also.

We loved the location and the house, however, there is a bad smell in the rooms, the sheets had a bad smell, mucuses, hears everywhere and the sinks clogged. they should have a better cleaning throughout the house.

Family stay

Great property. Convenient to theme parks and supermarket close by. Wish the gate code was more obvious on the booking. Couldn’t find it at 2am and had to walk from gate to property. Very minimal supplies so come prepared to restock. A broom and dust pan and brush would have been handy for a quick clean of the kitchen.

Enjoyable

Close to Disney, 2 rooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Total 4 bedrooms upstairs, 1 1/2 bath downstairs, convenient when watching tv in living room. Kitchen has all necessary appliances. Nice Large screen TV in Family room. Outside grill if needed.

Excellent response from owner when we asked for a vacuum (we were staying 5 weeks), key to pool restrooms and a package that was sent to us via USPS ! The condo is well maintained and very up to date and provided all we needed for our stay and our visits with our grandchildren. Easy to get to and from the Disney parks and groceries and restaurants close by !

Not Furnished Well

The Kitchen was not furnished well for cooking. No access to broom or vacuum to clean. stayed for 30 days. TV was difficult to navigate. No screen on Patio door. Complex was not maintained well. Streets too narrow to drive on with cars parked on both sides. Garbage dumps were always overflowing. Pool not heated, as advertised, and always had leaves in it. Would not stay there again.

Roomy and good location, cleaning and amenities only fair

Loved the location, with easy access to Universal and Disney (and not hard to avoid the tolls). Lots of space for the family. Has a small lake in the back which is pretty to look at. Quite neighborhood. Overall good, but some important complaints: We stayed a week, and were given only 2 packets of dishwasher detergent, one tiny bar of hand soap for each sink, and 1 packet of laundry detergent. And, the biggest complaint, was that the towels were tiny, scratchy, and there was only 7 of them. Plan on bringing your own towels, and buying soap and things like that at the store for yourself. Cleanliness was OK, most surfaces cleaned, but floor in one bathroom had long black hair all over, and silverware drawer had coffee grounds scattered within.

Great find!

This location was great. It accommodated my party of 9 perfectly (4 Adults 3 teens 2 younger). We had 1 issue with the front door code which the property manager fixed immediately. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Perfect property for groups or large families

Excellent communication and service by the property manager. The property was in a great location to all theme parks. I loved that it was a gated community. The house was clean and spacious with every amenity needed to have a great vacation.
