Private Efficiency Style Ranch House located on 12 acres in East Texas.
Family & pet friendly efficiency apartment located on a 12 acre ranch. Relax and enjoy country living with fresh air, pasture and pond view, and beautiful starry nights. Live amongst free range chickens (fresh eggs!), a stocked pond and cows. Relax on the back patio with a ceiling fan and a view of the pond. .
Kitchen has a microwave, air fryer, hot plate, crock pot and coffee pot as well as a refrigerator. Sleeps two people comfortably. (Full size mattress). Bathroom features a standup shower, toilet, sink, mirror and a Bluetooth speaker fan.
The apartment features fresh water from the Ozarka aquifer. It’s also fully connected to solar.
Friendly leashed dogs or indoor cats are welcome with deposit.
The apartment is 15 minutes from Mineola which has a Walmart & Brookshires for Groceries. We are also close to Alba, Golden, Grand Saline, and Emory.
If you enjoy bass fishing, nearby Lake Fork is the best in Texas! Also check out The Pecan House Country Store for some tasty treats.
