The Historic Corner House (formerly the N.R. Lee House) was originally built in 1867 and is registered with the Wisconsin Historical Society and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This space is a renovated lower level apartment.

Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the water or Third Avenue, where you'll find a range of shopping and dining options. Please note that as this is a downtown location, you may experience some typical "downtown sounds" during the day.

This is a lower level (basement) apartment. You'll have a few steps down from the front entrance of the suite. The beautiful old foundation walls have been preserved and integrated into the design of this one-of-a-kind design.
