Spring break in the North

Unit was very clean and comfortable. We liked the decor and all the details like access to electronic charging stations in the bedroom. The local coffee and wine left for us was a nice touch. The location was perfect. The claw foot tub in the bathroom was cute, but I would have preferred a walk-in shower.

Good HQ for Door County

Super easy stay. Clean, and the location is awesome for walking downtown Sturgeon Bay and it also serves as a good starting point to explore the peninsula.

Perfect place for me and my two friends. Within walking distance to fun nightlife.

Loved this little farmhouse themed place. Would definitely recommend to a small group looking for a few days away!

Managed by some evil corporation

The apartment is cute and well decorated. The location is excellent and close to downtown Sturgeon Bay. The biggest downside is the property is managed by some big property investment company called Evolve. It's one thing to rent "Bob and Cindy's Lakeside Cottage", but its altogether different to rent from a faceless corporation. Also the fees attached to the rental nearly doubled to price, which is ridiculous.

Cute suite with perfect location!

Perfect 1BR unit for a family stay in Sturgeon Bay. Centrally located for walking to shops along Jefferson St, downtown, or even Egg Harbor Rd. Easy check-in and parking too.

Cute winter weekend getaway

We loved this apartment! It was perfectly accessorized for a long weekend. We were so close to town that we walked when we went out each night. Definitely go to 5th and Jefferson down the street for breakfast one day Property was super clean and cozy. We loved the decor as well

Perfect Location

Our home away from home was almost perfect. It’s in a convenient location to the downtown district. The decor was so inviting and the furniture was comfortable. It had everything we needed to get us through our adventures in Door County for the week.

Couple get away

Very cozy and relaxing! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The shower is kinda small, I would just say don’t bring any frozen items, the freezer doesn’t work well. It was a perfect get away for my bf and I.

Lovely home, great for 2 people!! Amenities were awesome; including a table top fan & sleep machine in the bedroom to name a few. Our only issue was the entry door required significant pushing to get in. A little further from downtown than I expected but I would still recommend staying here!!

Holiday anniversary stay

We came in from Milwaukee not having the kid this year for Christmas and our anniversary it was a cozy spot for the two of us. Knowing it was our anniversary from the listing they gave us a local bottle of wine to share wich was very nice! Getting out of the city with a little spot in town was just what we needed. Little kitchenette was so cute and functional as we where not keen on cooking anything spectacular for the holidays. The bathroom with the clawfoot tub was very nice and they definitely kept the historical look of the home with a few rustic updates. We would love to book again in the summertime.

Nice location but more upgrades needed

Location is great. Ideal place for two people. If you use the pull out sofa bed, good luck. You have to step over the bed to go to the kitchen or bathroom. Noticed many small sugar ants. Dishwasher didn't work and therefore hadro hand wash dishes. The place is cute and some what cozy. Again great place for a couple but nothing more.

New Year Stay

For the most part our stay was good. Not the cleanest. The blankets on the couch were not clean had lots of hair on them. Place was cold and took a while to warm up. Bedroom was extremely cold. Shower was not great no place to put shampoo or soap.

Charming, cozy & convenient

If you enjoy watching Flea Market Flip, you'll have fun staying this apartment. The decor is a collection of cleverly re-purposed items. The king size bed is comfortable & there's a little deck just off the bedroom. A short walk gets you to art galleries, shops & restaurants. And one of my favorite things: the price at checkout isn't overinflated by fees, fees & more fees. They added tax + a very reasonable pet fee for our dog + a small fee that the property has to pay to sell on VRBO. Other properties we've stayed recently added on so many fees that the total price at checkout was nearly double the price shown in the listing. I like the honesty of this property's pricing structure!

Noise and Security Issues

Decent space for the price and a good location for exploring Door County. But there was constant noise from the upstairs neighbor. This unit is on the first-floor corner of a multi-unit building, and noise travels through the aging structure. The main unit door is only locked with a keypad lock; there is no way to secure the door from the inside with a deadbolt lock. The chain door guard was also missing. The secondary door off the bedroom was unlocked when we arrived. Overall, the unit did not feel quiet or secure as a first-floor unit.

Nicely decorated bottom floor apartment, not a farmhouse.Doors incorrectly installed lead to Danger.

NOT a farm house. This is an bottom floor apartment in a semi run down building in a nice neighborhood. Not a country get away at all. Sit on the small deck and take in the traffic. Also Dangerous door that can/will fall on Children, Pets and those that can not lift a solid wood door. The barn door to the bed room does not have the correct bottom guide and the little dinky 59 cent L bracket does not keep the door on track. Leading to the door falling and I had to sprint across the room more than once when it fell off on my wife. The door would of dropped on her or the table if i wasn't there due to it's weight. Very dangerous Room is very very small, more than her and I would of been a very tight squeeze. Pull out couch is the secon bed. "Pet Friendly" after you pay then the comercial company that owns it sends to draconian rules.

Great place for a getaway

The property was very clean, comfy and cozy. There’s a nice little wine bar less than a block away that was super nice to walk to. Would highly recommend for any short trip especially with the girls.
