Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dishes: Place used dishes in the sink (no washing needed). Trash / Recycling: Leave trash unless full. Recyclables go in the bin just outside, right of back door.
Heating: Set thermostat to 61°F and turn off baseboard heaters in master and family room.
Towels / Linens: Leave towels in bathroom and linens on bed — we’ll handle laundry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Place all garbage and recycling in the bins outside the back door. If your stay includes a Tuesday night, wheel the bins to the curb.

Located on 4th Ave in the heart of Sturgeon Bay, this charming home offers one of our favorite things about the area: walkability. You’re just a half block from Martin Park and a short walk (about 2 blocks) to the waterfront, marina, and downtown shops and restaurants.

We love how easy it is to experience Door County from here — stroll along the bay, browse the boutiques on 3rd Avenue, enjoy a meal at local cafés and waterfront restaurants, or plan a fishing or boating outing from the nearby marina. In warmer months, the Sturgeon Bay Farmers Market is just steps away, perfect for picking up fresh produce, baked goods, and artisan finds.

The neighborhood feels peaceful and residential, yet you’re perfectly positioned to explore everything Door County has to offer, making it an ideal home base for a relaxing getaway.
