Property owner need experience

This place has potential but It's clear this property owner is new to VRBO. The listing was completely incorrect (there actually is a bedroom); the address was totally wrong; counters were filthy (not even wiped) and the place lacked any kitchen towels, paper towels, potholders, cups, mugs, or hangers in the closets. The couch is uncomfortable (completely sprung), and there was no booklet with information such as wifi codes, house rules, etc. Also, there is a fitness center, but no key or access is provided - you can look at the fitness center but not enter or use it. On the good side, the place is modern, good neighborhood, bed is comfortable,and the owner did address concerns after I reached out directly to VRBO. I suspect we were the first guests and hopefully these noted problems will be corrected. Once noted concerns are addressed this would be a nice place to stay.
