A1938 original, remodeled beach bungalow family home. Centrally located in Jacksonville Beach, and a leisurely 9 block walk to the beach with public access. Quiet neighborhood within close proximity of all Jacksonville Beach has to offer. Golf-course, Boat Marina, Ball-fields, water park, min. golf, arcade, go-karts all within 5 minutes. Shopping, multiple restaurants, coffee, bars, grocery, & people/dog parks.

3/2 Home with Laundry, Large fully fenced outdoor space for pets & activities, and ample parking for multiple vehicles, RV, Boat, or trailers. 10 minute walk to Public Beach Access, restaurants, bars, and local shopping. As well as Community Pavillion for festivals and events. Blues Fest, Jazz Fest, and beach activities. 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic or Baptist Hospital. 15 minute drive to TPC Sawgrass Golf Course.

Lovely bungalow!!!

We stayed here the weekend before our Jacksonville cruise. This cute little beach bungalow was perfectly decorated and spotless! Our group loved the family and pet friendly atmosphere. The little personal touches throughout (a few snacks, a binder of helpful information, board games, some extra beach supplies, etc.) helped make our weekend getaway PERFECT. Awesome location: We walked to Publix, jogged to the beach, and even walked to the European Diner for dinner- so simple! Bonus: We had a bit of an emergency and the property manager, Vicki, truly went above and beyond to help us!
