The house is a 1min drive to the beach, and is decorated very nicely for the beach vibe. The house is a little smaller than average, but makes use of the space very efficiently. Overall great experience, and the neighbors even helped us jump-start our car on the way out!

Location was excellent. Backyard was perfect for our dog. Beds were comfortable. Our only issue was the furniture in the living room needs updating. Host was very helpful, friendly and responsive.

Very clean and very comfortable. She worked hard to make sure her house was well equipped and it showed. There was plenty of comfortable seating the beds were great. Will stay again.

This was the cutest little house and it was just a few blocks from the beach. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was extremely clean. The host was easy to reach and responded promptly.

**10/10 – Highly Recommend!**Our stay was wonderful! The vacation rental looked exactly like the pictures—very clean, warm, and cozy. Communication was excellent, and the host always responded to messages in a timely manner.The only thing I didn't love was that the back door is located in the kids' bedroom. That's just a personal safety preference as a parent, so it may not be an issue for everyone.Other than that, everything was great. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone, and I would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

Lovely bungalow!!!

We stayed here the weekend before our Jacksonville cruise. This cute little beach bungalow was perfectly decorated and spotless! Our group loved the family and pet friendly atmosphere. The little personal touches throughout (a few snacks, a binder of helpful information, board games, some extra beach supplies, etc.) helped make our weekend getaway PERFECT. Awesome location: We walked to Publix, jogged to the beach, and even walked to the European Diner for dinner- so simple! Bonus: We had a bit of an emergency and the property manager, Vicki, truly went above and beyond to help us!

Birthday Fun at the Beach

My daughter asked could we head to the beach for her birthday with a couple of her friends. I told her I’d like to find a place to accommodate us and be accessible to all of the things I had planned. The property is beautiful, we were near EVERYTHING! The neighbors were friendly and Vicki saw to it that her instructions were clear and she notified us of everything that she had done or was doing. I only wish that check out was 11:00 which was NOT detrimental to ANYTHING we had going on just had a late night and could’ve used the extra hour. Thank you so much Vicki.
