This house was great for our three generation family gathering - different parts of the family took different floors. At the end of the trip, the two teenagers said one of their favorite things about the week was that they had their own floor! The deck is a great amenity- it was nice to sit out there for morning coffee and we had a big family dinner out there one night. The location is great - the breeze off the ocean cooled the house and we kept the windows open all week. The house had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

This vacation rental was an exceptional find. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for early morning walks and the children’s bike rides. Though tucked away, the house is only minutes from the beaches (with a pass generously provided by the host), popular restaurants, and other local spots. The house is beautifully appointed and quite comfortable. One bit of advice: please read the essential amenities carefully. Having to provide one’s own linens may be an issue as there are three king size beds. The owner did give us the name of a linen rental company. Perhaps they could be hired on a permanent basis as part of the rental fee?? Overall, my family and I enjoyed a wonderful week with this lovely house as our home base!

We were just one large family but great place for three small families to share! Each floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a place to relax. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Perfect for large group

This was the perfect setup for our family, parents with adult children and their families. Having the bedrooms separate, over 3 floors gave everyone their own area.Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, would definitely visit again.

The listing says Linens included. I would expect that to mean sheets. So please list, “does not include sheets” on the first line, not the last line. I know we are near a beach and houses could feel musty. But that house needs a de-humidifier on the first floor. we had to open winds to air out and have fans on the entire time. we only needed three rooms so glad we were lucky not to need the rooms down there. Lastly the door lock did not work and we had have the lock reset multiple times.

Wonderful Home

Jennifer was a wonderful host. Quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck and in the large tv room. Great stay and we hope that Jennifer would have us back next year.

Just a great beach destination for a large group

Let’s start with location. 9 minute drive to Charlestown which is one of the best beaches in the Northeast.House size. Our group of 11 had plenty of room to sleep and socialize. Good size bedrooms, large common areas and large outside deck.Amenities. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of room for food prep.We will definitely look to rent this house again.

Overall we really enjoyed our time in the house. The only issue I had with the property was that the listing did not specify that there was no air conditioning. One day the temperature got up to 92. It cooled down to less than 80 by about 10 PM. Only one day out of the seven was the temperature a problem. The house had excellent ventilation so it would cool down in the evening and was comfortable for sleeping.
