Hello, my name is Jennifer and I fell in love with this home and Costa Rica in December. I came back home to New Jersey, USA and I knew I needed to buy this home. After a short 3 weeks I was on the way back to La Casita to sign papers to buy it! We are adding so much love to it and now want to share it with the world when we aren't there! I'm excited to host and hope you all fall in love with the house, the town and the beach like I did!

Why they chose this property

It's a quiet, non touristy town. It has 2 restaurants on the same road and a little grocery store close by. It's less then a half a mile to a quite calm beach, Playa Pajaros.
