Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. safe gated community 6 km private beach 10 minute walk away, 9 hole Golf course in community.
Pickleball courts Tennis courts Beach Volleyball Yoga.
After coming to this beautiful part of the world for the last few years, I have purchased a home here and am offering it for rent. As 1 am a member of the Golf club you will be entitled to 5-10 or 15 pack Golf passes for up 50% off.
Golf cart and mens right handed clubs available for rent as well,

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. House was as described. Great area to stay in. The private pool was such a very nice bonus. Golf course was good. We saw more wildlife here than anywhere else in our month long travel around all of Costa Rica. Macaw's everywhere, monkeys, annd iguanas.

Host was welcoming and helpful. Kitchen was pretty well stocked as were the bathrooms with towels and linens.We noticed mold under kitchen cabinet and the smell permeated the house. They sent someone over to clean the mold and it helped greatly, but there still was a lingering smell and the toaster and blender were unusable as they were in the cabinet with the mold. Before we realized where the moldy smell was coming from we ended up washing the bedding and towels as they seemed to have a mildew smell.The master shower head was corroded so water didn’t flow properly, and it drained very slowly. Power losses occurred daily. We know that’s out of the owners control, but it was an inconvenience.We believe it’s a newly acquired property so we’re sure the new owner will get a handle on the issues and provide a better stay.

Hi Anthony,,, I am sorry you found some mold under the cabinet,, I was there prior to your visit and had the house cleaned, I was not noticing any odors during that time,, It is unfortunate the cleaners missed this area,, We had someone there to clean this the same day it was found, this complex has great services, and your right this is a new purchase on my part, , I am here now and have replaced all the bedding, upgrade TV's, and have done a thorough cleaning and inspection, all the best in your travels,, Steve
