The property and location are excellent. My wife and I had a wonderful time. The pool, beach and local attractions were outstanding. We are familiar with the area so just about anything you may need or want is just minutes away. We visited several area (locally owned) and operated restaurants and had wonderful food and entertainment. We have 3 MLB training facilities within minutes to view the preseason games of which we had tickets for but could not due to the Pandemic. We had a great time over the Winter and we plan on returning in the future and would recommend this rental to anyone.

Amazing 5 Star Resort!!

Such a large, beautiful, and quiet townhouse with personal elevator and 3 car garage. Loaded with all the amenities you will need: sparkling enormous pool, Jacuzzi, an adequate exercise room with TV, tennis courts, gorgeous club house with fireplace and kitchen, and owners bicycles. Location is terrific close to markets, post office and 10 minutes to the infamous charming Boca Grande and beautiful seashore clad Manasota Beach. Karen, the owner, is a warm,friendly and very accommodating woman. It was a pleasure to stay in such a wonderful townhouse that really feels like home.

Our location is minutes from beautiful beaches and our beloved Gasparilla Island. Tennis, pickleball, kayaking, resort style pool, spa and a clubhouse are some of our favorite amenities. We are less than 1 mile from Publix, a pharmacy, and the post office.

Renters of our property will enjoy the easy accessibility to many water and land activities at a relaxing pace. The Landings at Coral Creek is a quiet, peaceful community that has enabled kayak and canoe access to the waterway located behind the community.
