This was our second time visiting Legacy Pointe. We were just as impressed the second time as the first. Communication with Cindy was spot on. The house amenities were absolutely amazing. The newly added pickle ball court was a hit with the whole family. I give this home my highest recommendation.

We booked this amazing property for our micro wedding due to the view and accommodations. There was a space for the folks we had with us and plenty to do thanks to pool table, ping pong, and games. The work out area was neat too! There was an unexpected cat visitor that came over and that was cool because we love cats. A little more fun for the wedding weekend for the kids. Everything was so well done and nice. We really enjoyed our weekend here! Great host and all that good stuff too. Highly recommended for that large family getaway experience.

This home was perfect for our large family-and-friends getaway to Smith Lake. Plenty of space on multiple levels inside the home, which allowed for evening hang-outs, and large meal plans without feeling cramped. Even with all the open layout options for group time, there were distinct, separate areas of the home where you could still have privacy. The guest house and upstairs felt like their own living areas, which was a great way to break up the families in the evenings. Of course, we spent nearly all of our time outside enjoying the wonderful lake, the great double-decker dock, and sitting around the fire pit at night. The home sits on a fantastic spot on the lake for tubing, jet skis, and other water activities. We spent hours jumping off the dock, fishing off the dock and just enjoying the sunshine and water. I highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a high-end lake vacation.

This home and the view are absolutely stunning. . There are plenty of areas in the home for people to gather and also plenty of areas to step aside and have some alone time. When you walk into the Butler’s pantry or the kitchen, you’ll find a plethora of things to use for cooking. The place isn’t only beautiful. It’s also extremely comfortable! It’s a true sanctuary where you will have a peaceful, quiet vacation. There’s plenty to do out on the water and if you are inside, there are games, puzzles, a ping-pong table and a pool table so there will never be a dull moment.Marcy S.

This home was spacious and had a tremendous layout that allowed beautiful views from every part of the house. There were 27 of us, and we had plenty of space. It was very clean, well-supplied with amazing amenities, and looked just like the photos. The 2-story dock was fabulous, and we loved being right on the very clean lake! The management company was very responsive and professional. This house is a must... if I ever visit Smith Lake again, I will be staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Legacy Pointe! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The space was perfect for relaxing, and everything we needed was already provided, which made the stay very convenient. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do, yet still quiet and peaceful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and Cindy especially was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again. This house is amazing!!!! Every little detail is immaculate. Perfect for large family or couple gathering. We were on the lake for a wedding. We didn’t want to leave the house. The dock was incredible for hanging out and swimming. Lots of toys to use. Loved having the hot tub too. The fire pit would have been lovely but it was to warm during our stay. Would highly recommend this home and we can’t wait to return.

We had a great time at the lake house! Highly recommend the property!! It was beautiful, and well appointed, with lots of little extras provided by the host. The beds were also really comfy, which makes a big difference to any traveller! The dock was lovely, with a shaded second story, and so easy to access from the house.

I’ve stayed in many high end homes and this is near the top of our list. The property has been designed carefully and is ideal for comfort and entertaining. The house also has All-clad kitchenware for cooking and 4 fridges. It’s an extraordinary property for large groups.

The house is beautiful, was VERY clean and everything worked as it should have (there are 19 of us who have done Thanksgiving together for many years and we’ve seen plenty of places that don’t meet even the basic of standards). We all loved our stay! Finally, Cindy is an extraordinary host and we wish all VRBO hosts would model themselves after her!
