I immensely enjoy traveling, getting to know and understand the different cultures, customs, traditions, artistic expressions, music, and foods of the places I visit. I am interested in the life stories of people, and in my profession, I dedicate myself to reediting, reinterpreting, reconstructing them, re, re, re... I like singing, cooking, playing the guitar, and I am interested in gardening. I have been with my life partner for 28 years and I have three wonderful adult children.
Why they chose this property
I wanted a property that could be close to everything I wanted. Its very close to the center of town where I love to walk and enjoy the Artwalk on Thursdays and all the restaurants, but its also very close to the beach where I can take my umbrella and my towel and enjoy the morning sun. However, I didn't want the noise of the center of town so I decided for something close, but not too close. Moreover, I enjoy the small businesses in the streets to go buy a cup of coffee early in the morning or just buy something for my kitchen in the boutique store a block away, not to mention the bakery just across the street to grab a freshly baked bread every morning.
What makes this property unique
This apartment is part of a building with only eight residents which makes it a very private and quiet place. I think that its a very complete rental. We have everything anyone would need for living comfortably, from sharp knifes to ceiling fans and A/C. Tupperware is always a must for the left overs and the rooftop pool is always a treat.
