About this property

The unit is being offered furnished/turnkey for immediate occupancy! The location provides easy access to I-75 with RSW international airport within a short 20 minute drive. Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club is a beautifully landscaped, gated community. This bundled golf community provides gorgeous views with amenities including a Fitness Center, family-style swimming area with food & beverage service, lap pool, spa, lighted Tennis/Pickleball Courts, and our recently renovated Clubhouse Dining Room (casual and formal options with outstanding menu options). Also, the community is near several restaurants, shopping (Super Target, Walmart, Publix), Naples/Estero/Bonita/Ft. Myers beaches, Mercato, Waterside Shops, Miramar Outlet, boating/fishing, Tin City, famous and nostalgic 5th Avenue/Olde Naples, churches, schools, I75 and RSW airport.

After booking, all tenants ages 18+ must be approved by the HOA's Board and are responsible for all HOA application fees and background check fees as they control access to the community and amenities. Total cost varies from one HOA to the next, but generally range from $250 to $600 for multiple adults.
