Welcome to your beautiful home away from home! Amazing mountain views surround this gorgeous property. Large stamped concrete covered patio offers plenty of open air seating complete with outdoor dining table and Traeger grill. The wood burning firepit is the perfect spot to roast smores as you to watch the sun dip down behind the mountains. The walking path behind the house leads to a pond and open space with plenty of trails.
This home is conveniently located between Boulder and downtown Denver and is well equipped with anything you may possibly need during your stay. The main living space provides seamless flow between kitchen and living area, perfect for entertaining. The upper level has 4 bedrooms with 2 of the bedrooms each having their own private bath. Laundry room with washer and dryer are available for your use on the upper level as well.
Finished basement provides a large couch to lounge on, as well as foosball, darts, pool, and ping pong to keep everyone entertained. There is also a large game closet full of all sorts of toys and board games for both young and old.
This rental comes with key card access to a large community pool, as well as 2 different neighborhood parks and tennis courts. Everything you need to enjoy a beautiful Colorado vacation. We hope you enjoy your stay!
