About this property

500' of Lakefront : 3 Million House, POOL ! Boat to Rent! 2 night minimums

We have a 7 bedroom and 5.5 bathrooms located right on a beautiful cove on Lake Oconee. Our home is equipped for up to 16 total Guests. You can fish right off of our dock ! The Ritz Carlton is located within 15 minutes from our home! Please note:
An 8 % State Tax will be added along with a $5/day occupancy tax.

A 5% Occupancy Tax Per Greene County will be added.

A rental agreement will need to be signed by the guest on acceptance of this booking.

The home is equipped with an outside deck of over 2500 square feet all overlooking the lake, the in ground, salt water pebble pool and it's own personal dock. If you need to launch your boat, we are virtually directly across the lake from the Linger Longer Marina ! You can do so for free and store your trailer at the marina o the upper deck parking lock.

7 Bedroom Lake Front Home just remodeled in 2024 !!
If you are planning on entertaining while at the lake, our Lakefront home has its own entertaining bar and 75" High Definition Samsung Television.

The nearly 5000 square foot home is extremely inviting.

25 Foot Bennington Pontoon Boat equipped with 150 HP Yamaha Engine available to rent!

Incredible house and setting! We filled the house with our family reunion crowd and everyone loved it, especially having the pool right there and being right on the water. Steve/owner was great to work with. Hope we can get everyone together there again next year.

Wonderful family vacation spot

We had a house full, but the house is plenty big to enjoy being together. Or if you want a little solitude, you can go outside to the dock and enjoy looking at the lake. The dining areas were so plentiful and nice that we decided to stay home and eat every night. We will definitely want to stay here again! Thanks Steve for being such a helpful host.

Originally from the Midwest (St. Louis) and my wife Kathy is from Saginaw Michigan. We have moved all over the U.S. due to my sales job in wholesale apparel.

We LOVE being on the water, outdoor activities, especially golf, boating, fishing and world traveling! Kathy loves France, and was a French Professor at the University of North Carolina. When we both retired, we became travel agents working for "Specialty Cruise and Villas". Needless to say, we have experienced visiting numerous countries . Our Favorites are: France, Italy, New Zealand, Australia, and St. Barts. Small Ship cruising is my biggest thrill. ( 200 passengers or less ).

I love being a host and have done so now for over 20 years. My goal is to make sure that families or businesses that rent my property want to come back again. And my repeat customers are over 60 %.

We love the community and the peacefulness of the area. Our lake property is located in a very quiet area on the lake and our 500 feet of lakefront makes the backyard a playground to enjoy !
