Ideal for multiple families, this 4,800+ sq. ft. ranch-style home on a 1-acre lot features 4 bedrooms, a bunk room, 4 baths, 2 full kitchens, and a spacious finished basement. Sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably. Enjoy a canoe, 3 kayaks, and a paddleboard for lakeside fun. A perfect getaway with space, comfort, and activities for everyone!

Perfect Location!

The house was perfect for our cousin trip. Plenty of space and rooms for everyone. The view and location was perfect. It’s the perfect spot to unplug and relax.

Family Vacation

We had a relaxing vacation at this property. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. My 93 year old grandmother and the rest of the crew enjoyed fishing from the dock. The younger crew enjoyed the big water with plenty of room to ski, knee board and tube! Definitely a great vacation destination!

Great place for a family reunion!

We had multiple families in town for a wedding and we stayed together at the house. We had fun with the fire pit and fishing and kayaking off the dock. Lots of great space and plenty of bathrooms.

Family Camp

We came with 3 generations of our family, and just loved it! The location was gorgeous, the rooms spacious, the kitchen well equipped, and the game room was a bonus! We plan on returning:)

Bon-voyage for my daughter

The place was great for my large family. We brought our boat and also made use of the toys provided by the host. The cove was great to just relax and float without worrying about large water boats passing by. We caught fish right off the dock. I would definitely recommend this home and will be back.

The lake house was perfect for everyone to come and have a great time. There was plenty of space for our large family and the extra game room was a perfect space for our gathering. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to make great memories.

Great family reunion spot!

Everything was just as described. Host was great with communication and directions. We had 18 people for a family reunion. The kids had plenty of space to hang out in the ape parade game room and basement areas when they needed space. Huge fire pit and great dock area to hang out on hot days. Family Reunion

We were a party of 18--10 adults & 8 children 11 months-9 years old. The house was very nice & in a beautiful setting. Plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed going on the lake in the boats. The property is very hilly, though & may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. We recommend this property to anyone with a large group!

Nice place for larger group

This was our second time staying in this house. It is great for a bigger group and has some really nice features. The pool house with a second kitchen is very convenient. The property seemed a little less well-maintained compared to the first time we were there, and it was inconvenient to have to haul our own trash away. Overall though we have a very nice stay.

A great time!!

We had a large family group from 1 year to 93 and there was something for everyone! Lots of space and activities — inside and out — which was great for a weekend getaway. Kayaking, canoeing, fishing, ping pong, board games - its all there! Trickiest part as others have mentioned is the trash at checkout -maybe even harder due to our Sunday checkout and limited hours for trash drop off in the immediate area. We recommend this home where the owners have a clear intention of making guests comfortable. We had a wonderful time!!

A nice house but needs some cleaning on back porch and website listed a hot tub but there wasn’t one. Rental agent told me that listing was a glitch but we were disappointed there wasn’t one Also, rental agent sent me an email on Friday night telling us to prep for Saturday departure but we had rental until Sunday. So, a nice comfy house but communication needs improvement.

Awesome spot on the lake!

We booked a stay with 11 adults and one teenager. There is more than enough space for 5 couples to have their own room and space for singles in bunk beds. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The game room is incredible and was an awesome spot to serve our meals and just eat them inside or sit by the dock. The dock has kayaks and paddles we were able to use and a great fire pit and BBQ grill. There is ample parking for over 12 vehicles in the back and it is in a very private neighborhood, but not too far from a local gas station. It is not far from downtown Eatonton either. I will say, you need to take your trash to a trash collection facility, make sure to read all the instructions when you book this stay.

Birthday celebration

We celebrated my daughter and her roomates birthday here and it was basically perfect. House was as described and very well stocked. The separate game room and full kitchen made it perfect for the kids (college age) but also to prep the low country boil we had outside. We sat at the firepit for several hours each evening singing and playing the guitar. My only critique is the bathrooms upstairs have no towel hooks or bars. Each bathroom is shared by two bedrooms so really need a way to hang towels for four adults. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy.

Lake vacation

One bathroom was not clean. no broom, dust pan or vacuum available. This would be nice for use in kitchen especially. Too many steps to get luggage and food inside. Not enough kitchen equipment - no pizza pan, pizza cutter, large baking sheet. Oven needed cleaning.Toilet tissue was extremely thin. Good things - lots of linens available,kids loved the water equipment and the games and equipment in the extra room. The location was great. Kids also loved the bunk room. TV was not easy to operate and no instructions were available. Overall it was a very nice vacation and I think the complaints could be fixed.

Fall Family Trip 2024

The house was very well laid out with enough space for our large family to spread out and have fun. The extra game room was a nice addition although we didn’t utilize it that much. Parking was great for boat trailers and large numbers of vehicles. However, whoever cleans the house is doing bare minimum. Trash from the previous guest was left out side in the trash can for us to deal with to avoid a fee. The game room was left open and the ac was way down on 63. Many, many dishes in the cabinets were dirty with visible food on them. The closet where the vacuum cleaner is stored stunk so bad indicating the bag had not been changed in a while. And there wasn’t even a broom on site to sweep up behind ourselves. This home is way too nice to not be being taken care of. Maybe the owner will read this and take note to follow up with whoever is doing the clean up. Would I stay here again….Absolutely! Actually am looking at some upcoming optional dates.

Whether it is water skiing, kayaking or just boating around with friends, on the water is where I love to be. I have also become an avid tennis player, so when I am not on the water, you will find me on the courts!

The quiet, peaceful cove is the perfect setting for unplugging from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. On top of the private location, the property offers enough space for gatherings of friends and family without feeling crowded. The home also offers a separate 'play house' for those who want to stay up late without interrupting the kids who are sleeping in the main house, which is important when you have younger kids. We also loved the open area, including large sandbox like area for both our daughter and our friend's kids!
