Located in Holiday Shores on beautiful Lake Sinclair, this home is fully furnished and ready for you, your family and friends. Holiday Shores is a restricted covenant community, with not much boat traffic to ensure your enjoyment. This home includes a spacious kitchen (fully equipped), as well as dining space for 8 people. In addition, there is an outdoor grilling space attached to the main floor of this home, so get ready for some fun times. This outdoor grilling area contains a gas grill (propane is hard piped and provided) and outdoor dining space. The living room offers complete relaxation with 2 large comfortable sofas, a flat screen television, and a gas log fireplace. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has inside access to the master bathroom. The large master bedroom has a king bed, as well as a spacious closet. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity and a tile shower. There is also a stackable washer and dryer located outside of the master bedroom in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the downstairs floor, with a separate living area looking out onto the beautiful lake. The 3 bedrooms consist of 1 Queen, 1 Full, and the last room has 2 sets of bunk beds. The living area can be used as a fifth sleeping area, as it has a large sectional sofa. There are two porches, one for each floor, that provide the most amazing sunrise and sunset views. These porches have plenty of comfortable furniture for your complete relaxation. Go ahead and feel free to take that afternoon nap!

Please note that this home can only sleep up to six adults as the bunks are made to hold children.

This house has a concrete walkway leading you directly to the water. There is a spacious boat house and dock that's perfect for tying your boat up, fishing, and swimming! There is a swim ladder attached to the dock. This home is located on the main channel of the lake so there is plenty of deep water for any size boat. The dock also has an open area for those loving the sun, as well as a covered area for those preferring a shady spot. Get your fishing poles ready, as there is some great fishing right from the dock. There are also some water toys available for your enjoyment, which includes a tube and ski ropes, etc. There is a mini refrigerator for use on the dock. Oconee Springs Park (campground and marina) is located just across the lake (1/2 mile) for fueling your boat, purchasing bait and tackle, and grabbing snacks for your day on the water. There is a private boat ramp (only for the Holiday Shores community and is free) only a 1/4 mile away, with a private picnic area and volleyball court. The Kountry Store is just a ten minute drive from the house and you can also get some basic necessities there.

Other lake attractions include The Club at Lake Sinclair (30 miles by car/ 16 miles by boat), Crooked Creek Marina (34 miles by car/ 5 miles by boat), and Lake Sinclair Marina (37 miles by car/ 10 miles by boat).

In addition, we are just a short drive to downtown Milledgeville, where you can find excellent dining selections, local shopping areas and daily entertaining ideas!
