We enjoyed our time once again. There were a lot of ants and a few other bugs since the area is on the water and woods but we had a great time fishing everyday with family. :)

We had a great stay for our family Thanksgiving holiday! Everyone absolutely loved the views. The house and property was great for all ages and two small dogs. Host was super helpful and entire experience was seamless!

Annual Girls' Trip

We loved everything about this property. The view is stunning from almost every room in the house. It's a very peaceful area. Secluded but not to far to run into town for groceries or a meal. Kellie was very pleasant to communicate with and did all that she could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay again in the future.

Family get away/fishing trip

We really enjoyed the house and property. There were a few things the cleaning crew missed but overall easy fixes for us. We spent all day everyday day of our trip at the house fishing from sun up to sundown. We only left to eat out once to try to hibachi place.

Hi John, What areas are you referring to that the cleaners missed? I personally conduct all property checks at every single one of my properties that I manage, and this house was in great condition. None of this was ever brought to my attention so I just wanted to clarify. I manage 36 properties and all have 5 stars on cleaning. So it’s a little disappointing that you felt that the home was missing areas that were cleaned. I’m glad you guys have a great visit.

The size and layout of the home were great. The open floor plan was perfect for our family reunion (large kitchen island and huge DR table—one of the few rentals that sleeps 12 and actually has a table that seats more than 6! Never quite understand that.) Master BR was great with large TV, 2 sinks in the bath and a big shower. All systems worked good like AC, hot water and appliances. All beds were comfy. No TVs in the other bedrooms (but I as in the master so I didn't care.) A little strange in this considering the low cost of tv’s these days. Great outdoor covered porch. Loved the huge flat and grassy back yard. A working hot tub would have been awesome but we weren't expecting it so whatever. The only real complaint was the ANT infestation. I understand it's kinda hard to warn people without turning them away, but at least mention something upon arrival about how to keep them out of the cars and maybe some spray for affected areas in the home would have been appreciated. Some of our guests had to drive 5 hours home while getting bit and then ensure the ants weren’t brought in on luggage.

Family celebration

The view is wonderful . Plenty of room . Water is very shallow bringing boat in so you have to really pay attention . We watched several boats gets stuck.

STUNNING VIEW & STUNNING HOUSE

Panoramic Point was absolutely stunning!!! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay! The house was HUGE and plenty of room for 4 people! My 4 year old granddaughter said......"We have alot of bedwooms!" The kitchen had everything needed and we sat on the massive front porch the majority of the time. Even with the excessive heat, there was a nice breeze blowing on the porch. We will definitely be back!

The property was as lovely in person as it is in the listing! The house has plenty of room to spread out and is as well-supplied as any rental I’ve ever stayed in. The icemaker actually kept up with 4 of us and the tap water was quite drinkable! Our poodle enjoyed the large yard, as well as watching the geese, squirrels and birds. We hope to stay again in the future.
