Beautiful lake home on Sinclair with 100 feet of shoreline. You may find a cheaper vacation home but we don’t believe you will find a better one. Three levels for tons of entertaining space. Custom built with vaulted ceilings, master suite on the main, great room, dining room and kitchen are all open concept. The main floor and outdoor area are wheelchair accessible. Oversized porch on the lakeside for outdoor dining. Two guest bedrooms upstairs with bath, one bedroom with bath on the terrace level with game room, media room and large bar for entertaining. Double boat house with a max dock and boat house deck. Large open lakeside yard for fun and games. Large concrete driveway. Near Goat Island. Relax while enjoying a meal from the grill. There is a maximum size dock on the “big water” to enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating and swimming. The house rules include NO UNDERAGE DRINKING, no illicit drugs or illegal activities, respect the neighbors and do not violate any noise ordinances or local laws. Please remember that sound carries across the lake. No loud music or excessive noise outside after 10:00 pm. If you use the dock or surrounding area, do not touch the boats or boat lifts. By using the dock area, guest acknowledge they are responsible for their own safety and that the owners take no liability for individuals’ safety while on the dock. Cleaning Fee is for a normal cleaning time of 2 maids for 4 hours. Additional cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour. Schedule permitting, if guest are able to run the house towels through the washer and dryer before departure, it would be greatly appreciated. You are responsible to take the trash to the dump since we do not have garbage pickup in our county.

Perfect Peaceful Retreat

The Lake house was perfect for our family reunion. We had so much space and lots of indoor and outdoor activities. The ramp and ADA handles on the main level were perfect for the grandparents.

Relaxing Week

My family had another outstanding thanksgiving vacation at the cabin. There is plenty of space for all of us. Very clean and lots of things for the kids to entertain themselves with. We had a great and relaxing time.

Quiet, peaceful weekend.

This a beautiful, secluded location. The house is nicely decorated and furnished with several great places to enjoy the outdoors. The only drawbacks are having to haul trash away and some confusion over the wifi.

Wonderful getaway for families

We had 5 families on this trip with kids aged from 3 all the way to 14 and they all had a blast! The house, area and views are absolutely beautiful. Dock is a great size for both fishing and swimming and the shallow area by the wall was great for the littles to play in the water. This was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in from the kitchen to the grill area and they even had kayaks and a paddle boat!

A great remote vacation spot.

We had a large group of adults (15) stay at this property, and we had an absolute blast. The house was spacious with plenty of nice common areas, great sleeping arrangements, and the perfect dock for swimming and outdoor fun. The only drawback is that there is no garbage pick-up, but it's only a ten minute drive from the house to the landfill. So it's no worries. All in all, would absolutely recommend this house to any large groups looking for a remote vacation on the lake!

Great experience

We rented this property as a family reunion event. Everyone from the grandparents to the youngest child (7) loved the property. It’s big enough for everyone to still have their privacy but still accommodating to big family dinners inside or outside. Week long fishing and swimming off the dock was a blast. We also rented a recreational boat from Sinclair Marine for the week to top it off with tubing, swimming, and cruising. Highly recommend getting a boat to see the size of this lake and really appreciate the opportunity this property provides!

Perfect!

This was the second time we rented this house and it was even better than last year. The house comfortably holds all 18 of our family members, 8 adults and 10 grandkids. In last years review I mentioned my only criticism was lack of refrigerator space for so many people. This year we were pleasantly surprised to see a new larger fridge and even better when owner messaged me and told me there was a full size fridge on the deck right by the grill! So excited! The people who own this house have thought of everything and stay on top of things and that makes this a wonderful experience for our whole family. So many great memories made! We wouldn’t add or change anything. Our evening kickball games on the properties incline is an added plus and definitely a memory maker! Our whole family loves this house and we have already reserved our week for next summer.🥰

Outstanding!

This was our annual trip to Sinclair and we all agreed this one was the absolute best! The home was beautiful and so roomy! It was amazing how much the home offered in conveniences! The pedal boat and kayaks were definitely used daily! Great responsive host too! We’re coming back next year!

Fun times!!

The perfect spot for our large family and friends to hang out, enjoy the view, grill, tube, fish... Be sure to either rent a boat or take your own along with a tube/knee board!! So much fun was had and so many memories made.

Best Sunset on Lake Sinclair

Everything was just lovely, great spot on a very quiet lake, great amenities, only wish we had a boat, we drove to lake Oconee to use our boat club, that too was very nice. No complaints, trash was a bit of a pain, having to drive to the dump was not great and trash piles up quick with a crowd. A kitchen disposal would have been nice as well, but a very minor inconvenience Host was very quick to respond! Thank you for a great time!

Was exactly as described! Plenty of space for our 2o people from10 to 86. Teens enjoyed bunk beds. The water craft provided was a hit. House was exceptional well furnished. Would rent again!

Girls Retreat

The house was just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed plus more for cooking. I was pleased with the open space and room we had to spread out. We enjoyed the dock and made s'mores by the fire pit. Note you may need to bring your own firewood. Things to keep in mind... The lake house is not close to any store or dinning that is easy to access. You must take off the trash when you leave to the dump that was 15 mins in the opposite direction we were heading and with our luggage and people we didn't have the room to take it with us. You are also ask to strip your beds and do a load of towels before leaving. I don't have a problem with that if there was not already a cleaning fee charged. Like I said, the house was clean and as pictured and gave us a great weekend. But I will ask more questions for future rentals about laundry and trash.

Neat location and nice open house layout

Cool spot for a family getaway. If you had access to a boat it would make the stay even better. The house was accurately described in the VRBO posting but a layout drawing of the house would be helpful. The 2 upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and the main level bedroom is the only one with a bathroom in the room. We brought some outdoor games but upon arriving it was clear the lawn is not really usable because there is a steep pitch to the lawn that runs down to the water which was hard to see from the pictures. If you have small kids this house may not be appropriate as it is multi-levels with no child gates or child locks on doors and the pitch to lawn means anything that rolls outside will end up in the lake. All in all it was still a good experience and if you are a group looking to be on the water when the weather is warm this is a good spot.

Fantastic value, nice lakehouse!

This house worked perfectly for our family this Christmas. There are 4 bedrooms with a king and a queen in each of them which was awesome and also a bunk room with 4 small bunks that the kids loved. The house is decorated nicely and was decorated for Christmas with a tree and greenery - super cute. We did buy a few travel alarms for the doors leading out to the lake which worked out well (there are 4 sliding doors) as the locks are simple and are at toddler/kid level and the doors slide open fairly easily (and our kids like exploring!). Loved the layout with the big family room, dining room and kitchen all attached. The area around the house is fairly remote, but Instacart delivers there so we were able to get groceries easily! The host was very responsive and helpful. We definitely will be back!

This property is amazing!

This property is definitely one of the best. The host Ms Jenny was very wonderful, prompt and extremely efficient. Everything written on how things were is exactly how it is nothing was misconstrued at all. It was roughly 17 people and we all slept comfortably and still had more space in the event we had more people who wanted to tag along. The places stores were definitely 23 miles away which was roughly a 35 minute drive, my family and i will definitely be returning for another vacation we had a wonderful time. I also had a few questions and Ms Jenny responded right away or called to follow up on what i needed. Don’t ever hesitate to book this property it is amazingggggggg!!!
