We stayed over Labor Day weekend for a Madison Wedding. Loved everything about the property from the 7 sleeping spaces to the large basement and family room. Amenities were nice and owners were easy to work with. It was crazy hot outside but the A/C was great in the house! I would definitely recommend.

Great house on Lake Oconee

Our friends stayed here for a long weekend on the lake. The house was in a very convenient location. It’s also very big (we had 5 families staying together). The house was perfect for our group and we really appreciated the easy check in and checkout process. Great value and would highly recommend!

Breathtaking Views

We had an amazing long weekend at this lake house! We were in town for the Masters and didn’t want to stay close to the hustle and bustle. This was a quaint and quiet area with beautiful views of Lake Oconee. We really enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone in our party.

Family gathering

Beautiful home with a great layout for a large family. Good separation provides privacy when desired. The upstairs porch with TV provided a great place to watch the Masters.

2024 Labor Day

Excellent place for a large group of all ages. The house was very very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to help us feed our group of 12 adults and 5 children. The host was great and sent detailed instructions for check in a couple of days before we arrived. If you are looking for a lake getaway, this is definitely one to consider

Great Location

The location on Lake Oconee was great! Bring big bumpers to protect your boat as boat traffic is pretty heavy at times!! The house has tons of room for the adults and kids to spread out! Having access to the commercial ice maker in the basement was a game changer! Communication with Brad the owner and the property manager was great! Would definately stay at this property again!

Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed 6 nights with our 3 adult children and their families consisting of 8 adults and 5 grandchildren under the age of 9. We rented a pontoon boat which added so much fun to the week. The house was a perfect size for our family and most likely will return next year. Our only comment would be we would have preferred higher quality pots, pans, knives and silverware.

Wonderful property! Great stay!

This is a great deal on a prime lakefront rental with all the amenities you could want. Great views and lovely landscaping / appointments. Big kitchen and dining area, bedrooms are large with plenty of bathrooms. Basement and attic space perfect for large groups. Host provided local info and communication with property manager was great. Private, quiet getaway close to everything Eatonton/ Reynolds has to offer. 10/10!

Summer 2024 Stay

We had a great time, the owner was very accomodating with allowing us access a bit earlier (flight arrival), as well as a later departure (flight departure). The grocery store is about a 10 min drive away which made our stay even easier. We brought our own boat so we had plenty of fun on the water, but we also rented a jet ski locally for a day. Other than that, the kids swam/fished off of the dock. Overall we really enjoyed this property and will go back in the future.

Great location and fun for multi-family vacation

We had a great time staying at this property, between the lake front activities, proximity to places like boat club and Ritz, everyone had a wonderful time! The property manager promptly addressed a concern we had about outdoor deck cleanliness and sent workers to power wash it immediately.A few minor details to note for host to address for an even better experience for future guests:1) Couch in attic has the leather peeling on the entire seating surface, best to fix or replace.2) Freezer handle kept falling off so we constantly had to put it back on.3) Coffee maker could be updated to a better product as it’s a relatively essential appliance for large groups of people.4) Ice machine needs to be updated as it’s also an essential appliance especially for large groups during the summer on the lake. Fridge ice machine wasn’t working but the counter ice maker was hard to use and made very few ice cubes. There was a large ice machine downstairs in owner’s closet but not sure if that’s for guest usage, and it’s also not in a convenient location.

This was another wonderful stay for us! We are return renters, and this home has never disappointed. The lake view is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful it’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The house is always spotless, spacious, and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. It’s well cared for, welcoming, and truly feels like a home away from home. We always enjoy our time here and are already looking forward to our next visit!
