Our beautiful lakefront retreat is the ideal destination for your next family vacation or reunion! This spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a theater room with surround sound. The recreation room boasts Shuffle Board, Golden Tee Video Golf, yoga mats, and even some light weights. Outdoors, you'll find a variety of activities to enjoy, including fishing, swimming, and kayaking. We also offer a swim pad, a power awning for shade on the dock, a fire pit with chairs, extra beach towels, corn hole, and more!

We really enjoyed this lake house and it has the potential to be an amazing rental. The layout, location, and overall property were some of our favorites, and we’d definitely consider staying here again. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance took away from the experience. There were excessive cobwebs and spiders outside, multiple cockroaches inside and around the home, and the fire alarms repeatedly went off in the middle of the night, forcing us to leave early. With better upkeep and routine maintenance, this would easily be a 5-star property.

We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We do, however, feel that some of the comments in your review are inconsistent with our experience and the feedback we have received from our guests throughout the summer. Our home has been exceptionally well maintained and has received consistently excellent reviews from recent guests. The property is also covered by a monthly pest-control service with Bug House, as part of our ongoing commitment to keeping the home clean, comfortable, and well cared for. While occasional outdoor insects can be a reality in lake areas of Georgia, we take any concern about pests inside the home seriously. We were not made aware of any cockroach issue during your stay, and a photo or other documentation would have been helpful in allowing us to investigate the concern. Regarding the smoke alarms, all of the detectors in the home were replaced in May of this year. We have not experienced similar issues with the alarms, nor have they been reported by other guests. Had we been notified when the alarms sounded, we certainly would have taken the opportunity to investigate the situation immediately. We appreciate all guest feedback and take the condition and safety of our home very seriously. We only wish we had been given the opportunity to address these concerns while you were still at the property. We will continue to work hard to maintain the five-star experience our guests have come to expect.

This is our 3rd time staying at this beautiful house. There is plenty of room for the whole family (8 adults, 3 kids). The house is always clean and well stocked. The only items we have to bring is our food, drinks, and clothes. There are several grocery stores nearby if needed. Bill (host) is just a phone call/text away and always very accommodating.We love it here and are planning to return next year!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We slept AMAZING! Better than home actually! The beds, bedding, pillows Amazing. Perfectly thought out. Towels, linens so soft and plush. House very clean and tidy. Everything was perfectly planned out. The decor was so aesthetically pleasing. That view of the lake was the icing on the cake. That is what I was needing! A break from the hustle and bustle of life. And we got to meet sweet Red!

While our group thought the house was well appointed with everything we would need for the weekend, we had 2 complaints: 1) One of the guests was woken up in the middle of the night with a large palmetto bug crawling on her in her bedroom on the main floor. 2) The morning we were supposed to check out at 10am, the lawn service started mowing and edging the yard at 6:45am which scared and woke up the entire house.

The house is gorgeous with plenty of space for our whole family for a holiday getaway! The kids (and adults) loved the downstairs bar/theatre/game space. We also loved the fire pit and that we could use the kayaks. The sunset views were perfect. The host was communicative and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, perfect place to spend quality time with family. Everyone had a wonderful time. We did not have any issues and the host was very kind and called to may sure the early arrival of mayflies were not taking over. Just book it, you will love it!!!!

14 years ago, my wife and I decided to bring our four children, their spouses, and our six grandchildren together for a summer vacation. That’s when we discovered Lake Sinclair! We had the most incredible time, and it was then that we decided to purchase a home on the water. Now, we also get to share this beautiful spot with families like yours!

Why they chose this property

We knew that finding the perfect property would bring joy to our family and others! Large homes suitable for a family of our size were hard to come by. But when we walked into this home, we immediately fell in love with it all—the magical lake view, the home's layout, its size, and so much more!

What makes this property unique

Finding a vacation home that could accommodate our large and active family was always a challenge. Many homes had beds for twelve people, but there wasn't much room to relax without stepping all over each other. Paradise Pointe, however, has it all—five spacious bedrooms, four full baths, a fenced yard, a game room, a theater room, a boathouse and dock, a fire pit, and more! It truly is the perfect place for a family vacation. We want you to enjoy your stay both indoors and outdoors, so we've had the yard treated with Mosquito Guard. While nothing can eliminate all mosquitoes, we believe you'll find our back porch, back deck, and yard much more enjoyable because of this treatment. As hosts we take great pride in some of the extra touches we provide to make your stay more enjoyable
