Lovely home for a family reunion!

My family and I spent almost a week at this lovely lake house this spring. While we were a little early for all the fun lake activities (temps ranged from 50s-80s) we took advantage of every part of the spacious home as best we could. Many hours spent lounging in the very comfortable living room while cooking dinner as a family, with all the kids running around the deck and large living spaces. We really appreciated the small details like the baby gate to the downstairs, the numerous kayaks (even one for the kids!) and the many games in the downstairs. Bill was a great communicator throughout the process. We hope to return some day in the future - maybe later in the season, that lake felt pretty cold in March!!

Lake house retreat

This Lake house is very nice and has plenty of room. Communication with the owner/property manager was very easy and they made sure that everything was perfect for us. Would love to come back in the summer months to fully enjoy the lake. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

Great place

We stayed here for spring break. This is an excellent property and very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, fishing off the dock and just hanging out enjoying the views.

Christmas is better at the lake!

I had a magical Christmas stay at this lakefront house with my family. The owners' attention to detail in stocking the home made our experience truly special. The kids were kept entertained with a plethora of activities (games, fishing, plenty of room to run) and the spacious layout provided perfect areas for both group gatherings and quiet retreats. The large dining table inside and the patio offered ideal spots for family bonding. Overall, a delightful getaway! We are so grateful!

Beyond Our Expectations

The pictures do not do the lakeview justice. The house is beautiful and is perfectly situated and planned for families and large groups. The kitchen with its huge island made meal prep so easy, plenty of dining seating, big comfy TV areas. Five couples and three grandchildren and we did not feel like we were crowding each other. Two porches and plenty of room to stretch out and relax or play games, eat, whatever. Four bathrooms were a blessing! I hope we can come back some day and do it again. We all felt it was worth the six hour drive. We made a great family memory and this home definitely played a part.

Best vacation ever

The house was beautiful on the inside. There was plenty of room for a large family. Our family loved spending many hours out on the dock and riding the kayaks. The water in the lake was good also.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful. We were a family of 14. Plenty of beds for everyone. We brought our boat. The dock was very nice. Everybody enjoyed the kayaks.

A WEEK IN PARADISE

As we walked into this lake house, we were amazed at the beautiful view of the lake from the main floor! My family was more than thrilled. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the welcoming kitchen, and we prepared many meals! There was more than enough room for all 14 of us! All of the beds were comfortable and each couple enjoyed their own space! The kids loved their own room, especially the bunk bed! We enjoyed boating and tubing and making many wonderful memories with our kids and grandkids! Our hosts were wonderful and very attentive to any questions we had! We hope to make their beautiful home a yearly destination for our family! Don’t hesitate! Book this home for your family! You will be happy you did!

Amazing 4th of July!

What an incredible property! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating the 4th of July here. The house was perfect. Big enough for us all to have our own space, beautiful lookout and view of the lake from the porch, flat, grassy lawn between the house and the lake where we played corn hole. It was great- definitely coming back!

Amazing lake home

If you are looking for a family friendly home with something for everyone - look no farther. This properry definitely delivered on all fronts. From amazing lale views with deep water to a home theatre room and game room this property has it all. The 5 BR and 4 baths with was just what our group of 10 were looking for.

Amazing Space and Owner

The communication from the owner was amazing. The area had some issues due to the winter storm. Bill kept us informed about the situation the day before we were to arrive, emailing, calling , even sending county links for us to check on the situation. Thr house was perfect for multiple generations. The indoor and outdoor space was great. The beds were incredibly comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We hope to make this place a regular meeting place.

It has everything you need

Two cons. 1. Wash clothes and towels need to be inspected and updated. 2. the listing should specfiy that the sofa/futon is only a sofa. By the time you see that the sofa is the extra bed you have already paid. This house is beautiful and fully stocked with linens and kitchen ware. My kids enjoyed the kayaks on the lake. We played ping pong, the aracade golf game, and uno attack. There are so many games to play! The backyard and decks would have been perfect place to hangout if it were a little warmer and dry. The house does feel isolated and the lake is very quiet. Bottom line, I would recommend this place

Great views for a great time.

Had a great time with family that came in from various states. Very beautiful house and lots of room to share. The adults were able to play noisy card games and watch football downstairs while little ones could sleep upstairs. Cooked most of our meals there and hosts have a great variety of cooking utensils (just check in the cupboards under the kitchen countertop with seats; and the cupboards behind the table). We were able to make s'mores at the firepit which is down by the lake. Great evening with fire (just make sure that you have enough wood)! I really liked that the yard gradually slopes to the lake and there is a fence around a good sized backyard so young ones won't get to the lake without an adult. The beds were comfortable. The main floor lakeside bedroom (not the master bedroom), was a bit cold when the temperature dropped into the 30's. Our granddaughter didn't want to leave "the lake house" when it was time to go. Definitely was a good time had by all. Hosts were readily accessible and responded quickly. Thank you for letting us enjoy your "lake" house.

Perfect Getaway for our family!

Our stay at Paradise Pointe was so relaxing. As we entered the home, the furnishings were beautiful and the view was breathtaking. What a gorgeous lot and our family fully enjoyed the outdoor use of the kayaks and water activities. The lake home was gorgeous and well maintained. The owners had the home stocked well which made it easy for preparing meals. We lacked for nothing! We made wonderful memories and will be back!

14 years ago, my wife and I decided to bring our four children, their spouses, and our six grandchildren together for a summer vacation. That’s when we discovered Lake Sinclair! We had the most incredible time, and it was then that we decided to purchase a home on the water. Now, we also get to share this beautiful spot with families like yours!

We knew that finding the perfect property would bring joy to our family and others! Large homes suitable for a family of our size were hard to come by. But when we walked into this home, we immediately fell in love with it all—the magical lake view, the home's layout, its size, and so much more!

What makes this property unique

Finding a vacation home that could accommodate our large and active family was always a challenge. Many homes had beds for twelve people, but there wasn't much room to relax without stepping all over each other. Paradise Pointe, however, has it all—five spacious bedrooms, four full baths, a fenced yard, a game room, a theater room, a boathouse and dock, a fire pit, and more! It truly is the perfect place for a family vacation. We want you to enjoy your stay both indoors and outdoors, so we've had the yard treated with Mosquito Guard. While nothing can eliminate all mosquitoes, we believe you'll find our back porch, back deck, and yard much more enjoyable because of this treatment.
